There are a total of 240 seats for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. UPES shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. The university fill seats up to 20% through the Board Merit/CLAT AIR/UL-SAT India Category. If seats are left vacant, then those can be filled through ULSAT. The curriculum of the UPES School of Law BA LLB (H) course include core and elective subjects. It is a five-year course divided into 10 semesters.
