Supportive faculty and relevant curriculum, good teaching quality and poor mess food.
Placements: Due to the global recession, the placement rate for the 2024 batch has been slightly lower than usual. Out of a total of 76 students in the Information Technology course, 30 students have been placed so far. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, while the lowest package was 3 LPA. The average package for the batch is around 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The IT department has functional labs with PCs, though the processors are slow, and reliable Wi-Fi. The library is excellent, while classrooms are average. Hostel facilities include good Wi-Fi and regular room cleaning, but the mess food quality is poor. Medical facilities are very good. Sports and games facilities are basic.
Faculty: The faculty in the IT department are very supportive, qualified, and knowledgeable. They make significant efforts to prepare students for the industry, though additional efforts could enhance teaching quality, which is average to good. The course curriculum is relevant and aligns well with industry needs.

Overall, the environment in the college is good.
Placements: If you are willing to get a job, you will receive an average package of 4.5 LPA in top companies like Accenture, Persistent, HP, etc. These companies are hiring from our college. Faculty will help you gain knowledge about the skills required in these companies. Now, placements depend on how you approach them.
Infrastructure: The department will provide you with a good range of Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity, labs, classrooms, and a reading room. Even the hostel has a reading room for students during the exam period. Hostel facilities are good, but the mess is not very healthy for students who come from other parts of Maharashtra.
Faculty: Teachers are friendly and cooperative. They will guide you in any circumstances. Once a year, teachers will take you for an industrial visit where you can learn and see the corporate world. In the final year, there will be an industrial visit cum trip for having fun while learning about companies.

Infrastructure of the college is too good for studies.
Placements: 70 to 80 percent of people have got the placement in on campus placement that is too high and other got off campus. So, the highest and the lowest average is 5 lacs. Information technology and computer Science are the courses offered.
10 percent of students got internship.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is too good for studies and environment is good and library is too good. Wi-Fi is there on every floor. Lab is there in every room. Classroom is too big. Library is big for study purposes. Hostel is good, medical is also there.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. Qualification of teachers mostly is about gold medalists and silver medalists. There are four, or five courses. Two semesters are there, and in a year, two exams happened. Percent of passing is 40.
Other: Information technology course is easy and in today's generation, it it is important.

It is a very nice college for an average student.
Placements: It is the best college for an average student because it has a very nice placement cell. Almost 3 international companies visit our campus. The highest salary package received by them is 30 LPA. The recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, and many more. They also give an average salary package of 5 LPA. So if we talk about placements then it is very cool.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good with the facilities of Wi-Fi, water cooler and purifier, well-equipped labs, and a library with almost more than 700 books. It is a very nice campus with nice columns for every department. I just like it. The hostels are very good. I am a day scholar so I don't have much idea about hostels. But I have heard from many of my friends that the hostel is very nice. I also visited the hostel once with my friend. I was just shocked to see it because it was so big and clean. The main difference in all other hostels is that in every room, there is a separate bathroom and toilet. There is one toilet and bathroom for 3/4 students. It is just very nice and very clean. The mess meal is also very nice.
Faculty: Teachers are the most important aspect of college and this college gives us a very nice, helpful, and qualified group of teachers. They are very helpful and also the curriculum activities are the best. The exams are conducted under Pune University. The exam pattern is like the 2019 pattern but due to teachers, the exams are not a big deal. The passing percentage is 10 and above marks out of 30 in mid sem and 28 and above marks out of 70 in end sem.
Other: I chose this course out of interest. I just got interested in computers so I needed it. There are many events that are performed in college like a flashmob, traditional day, Bollywood day, and many more. The surroundings are very study-based. The college has also provided a big nice print and stationery shop. On-campus, everything needed and told by the college to bring would be available there. Scholarships are also available under government schemes and the college also has one scheme called the earn and learn scheme. In this, they just give some small work to students and also pay for it.

It is a good college and provides a good experience.
Placements: Placements in our college are decent because of its centralised placements of all Sinhgad Institutes. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Amazon, and Mahindra, visit Sinhgad's main campus at Vadgoan. The average salary package offered here is 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Many companies like TCS and Accenture conduct mass recruitment.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is decent and it has 4-5 buildings on campus. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs and classrooms are of very good quality. The instruments used in labs are also of good quality. Labs for CS/IT are the best here and has all kinds of facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members here are good, helpful, and friendly. All the teachers here are having good coordination with their students. Faculty members here are not so strict and they have good knowledge about their subjects. They are having 10-15 years of experience in teaching at Sinhgad Institute of Technology.

Best in private colleges in Maharashtra.
Placements: Placement for my batch is near about 70% which is quite good for a private college, average salary package is 3 Lacs with great roles as software engineering associate, sales department etc. Many mass recruiting companies comes here and companies like microsoft also comes for campus drive.
Infrastructure: 24hrs wi-fi with computers lab at every floor, smart classrooms, huge libraries, our college have a medical college so medical facilities are free for students of our college with ambulance facility, basketball court, cricket ground huge seminar halls and every single thing you need in an educational infrastructure.
Faculty: Highly trained faculty with huge teaching experience and knowledge, very helpful always trying to fully develop your technical as well as extra knowledge, numbers of industrial visit with the course so greatly designed that don't create burden on students.

Placements: Placements are always good for Sinhgad students. Recently 51 students were placed as interns at Atlas Copco. Companies like Accenture have bulk placements in our college and usually the students get a package of minimum 2.8 to 3.5 Lacs per annum. Sinhgad tries its best to get its students placed but even companies have their criteria of all clear during all semesters, or distinction students. Recently one of our student got placed in Amazon web services with a package of 12 Lacs per annum. We have students who are placed in Microsoft too and students who are owners of many startups or companies too. The placement cell of our college is very active and strives hard for its students to get internships and jobs.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good enough. Recently elevators were constructed for students and teachers too. We have a basketball court, a cafeteria where the rates of food are average and taste if food is good, 263 small snack centres, 1 xerox centre, a stationary shop and a canteen. Usually all Sinhgad colleges are situated on higher grounds like hill top construction therefore the slope near our college is quite alot risky. Hostel services are good except the food they offer. Hostel food of the Wadgaon Campus Is good as compared to Narhe or other campuses. Wi-Fi is tree for all students only the speed is not upto the mark. We have clean toilets and water coolers on every floor. We have 3-4 libraries in various buildings such as the MBA and Pharmacy buildings and even the engineering building has 2 libraries. We have an outlet of New Poona Bakery in our campus too.
Faculty: It is only the Sinhgad college that provides the highest salary overall Maharashtra. The highest paid teacher of our Sinhgad Institute has a salary of 1,85,000 per month. Usually all HOD's of our college have a Ph.D. and many others are pursuing it too. Each department has atleast one author of Techmax publication and other teachers have Masters degree. The teaching quality is good and teachers are hard working. They use projectors while teaching for ease of knowledge and even provide is the same material too. We have industrial visits too which gives us knowledge of the need of current industries. Projects given are such that a student gets moulded in such a way that he can stand anywhere in the world with confidence.
Other: Sinhgad Karandak is most renowned fest known to all colleges in Pune. We had guests like The Chainsmokers, The Kshmr, etc. For our fest. Campus crowd is standard and surroundings are such that we never have to go anywhere for anything.

Our college has bad infrastructure. The faculty are okay. The placements are also okay.
Placements: The placements at our college are okay. Nowadays, our college is not that good for placements. About 60% of the students are not selected in college placements. The faculty is not that good, but if the student wants to study, he can get a job but not with a package more than 3 LPA due to our college reputation and infrastructure.
Infrastructure: Our college has a building like a district hospital. We don't have a ground. The campus is very small. We don't have any playground. The buildings are white in colour. We have inadequate parking space, and guards who are 80 years old. The infrastructure of our college is the worst among the colleges I have seen in Pune.
Faculty: Some of the faculty in our college are good. The rest of the faculty don't know anything about the subject, and just put all the load on the students. The other branch teachers give lectures to any branch. The students can get proper information from the teachers. Some of the faculty understand the students and teach them in a good way.
