The college is good, but there is no outside life, like no markets or malls.

Placements: Well, I am doing BBA in Fintech, and our batch is the first batch, so I have no idea what percentage of students were placed in our course. However, I have seen in BBA General that many of the seniors were placed, with about 70-80% of them securing jobs. To achieve that, you need to maintain your CGPA above 7.5 and take some courses for better offers.

Infrastructure: Honestly, the facilities and infrastructure available in this college are very nice. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, there are 4-5 lab rooms, and the classrooms are also very nice. There is a library with a reading hall, and it is quite spacious and air-conditioned. Regarding the hostel, they provide a night canteen. The quality of food in the mess is quite good; you can eat there, and they serve different meals each day. They have a weekly meal chart, and there is a dispensary for any medical issues. In terms of sports, we have a marina that includes a gym, basketball court, badminton court, and swimming facilities, so hostel life is very nice.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach politely and gently. They do try to make students industry-ready, but it ultimately depends on the students; if they don’t want to engage, it’s quite impossible. Regarding exams, the structure here is good. There are five exams in total: two quizzes, two sessionals, and a semester exam. The quizzes are worth five marks, sessionals are 15 marks each, and the semester exam is 50 marks. The remaining 10 marks come from five marks for attendance and five marks for assignments.

Other: My batch is the first one, consisting of only 15 students, and they are very nice and helpful. I chose this college because I was interested in BBA, and I saw that they offered a BBA in Fintech. I thought that a regular BBA wouldn’t be as helpful in the future, so I opted for BBA Fintech for better career prospects. I think they can improve by providing more fintech and business analytics subjects in the early semesters. For events, we have 2-3 yearly events, with Kaalrav being the biggest fest in Sikkim.
