Join if you are passionate.
Placements: 40% of students get placed in IT companies. The rest get into sales roles, which are not useful actually. The highest on-campus package is 27 LPA by Juspay, and the average is 4.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, and Juspay regularly come to campus.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is in the admin campus, and classrooms are decent. There are two libraries on the campus, both digital and physical. Which is good, but it depends on how well we utilize them. Sports and games are okay, and there are many fests in the college.
Faculty: Faculty is decent, though some are not good. If you cooperate with them, they will help in your growth. The curriculum is about 30% relevant, while the rest is not that relevant. Semester exams in college are decent, and you can pass if you concentrate and study before the exams.
Other: Fests are highly rated in the college. There is good connectivity with seniors. Scholarships are provided by the government.

Good campus life and opportunities with room to improve in teaching and also amazing support.
Placements: Placements in SNIST have always been excellent and also have a diversity in the roles catering to various branches of engineering. For the 2025 batch of SNIST, the highest pay package is around 30 LPA. There are many companies which are specially brought domain specifically to specialization branches as well. 70%-80% of students are already placed in one or more companies and also the average package is a good industry-level package for freshers. Many world-class companies like Juspay, AT&T, DBS, and many more have been regular at SNIST.
Infrastructure: Good academic blocks, new software labs for training and coursework, and also branch-specific laboratories with equipment. There is a well-maintained campus and a good healthy and clean environment. Cool chilling spots and student-friendly. A well-stocked digital and physical library is available.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and some have expert industry experience and all have good subject knowledge. The teaching quality is decent and there are technical seminars, tech workshops, etc., to improve student knowledge. The course curriculum is changing making it more helpful for students to evolve.
Other: 2025 passing out batch. Campus life is amazing, with many fests and events. Connectivity and surroundings are also good.

It's a great college for exposure and good placements.
Placements: The total strength of our course is 70 and 46 students got placed. Out of these, 28 students got placed in MNCs and 18 students got placed in technical-based companies. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA. The average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. About 40% of students got internships from my course in Code Vital company. Top roles offered in my course are full-stack developer and cloud computing analyst.
Infrastructure: We have smart boards and projectors in every classroom. Labs are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available throughout the college for students. Classrooms are spacious enough to accommodate students comfortably. Books in the library are always available. We have spacious rooms in our hostel, with each room accommodating four members, and Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. Quality of food in the canteen and mess is good and doctor is available in the dispensary. We have a sports fest twice a year with games like football, cricket, basketball, and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers are always helpful. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very good and lecturers are caring. Course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult for above-average students, but it is advisable to study at least one week before exams to score good marks. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I have chosen the Internet of Things as it is an up-and-coming course, and future is mainly dependent on IoT. Best thing about our course is that it deals with both hardware and software. There is a fest every month in our college, with lots of extracurricular activities.

Get to know SNIST from an actual student.
Placements: decent number of companies are visiting campus; I'm still in my 6th semester. The highest package last year was 25 lakhs, the lowest was probably around 2 lakhs, and the median salary is 3 lakhs. Top recruiters are Amazon, Synopsys, NCR, Rubik, Eperian, Darwinbox, Amadeus, Sureify, DBS, Salesforce, etc. Almost all companies offer internship for at least one year and then hire people as full-time employees. The top-paying roles involve full-stack development, ML/NLP engineers, and data analysts and engineers.
Infrastructure: The campus has just recently adopted Wi-Fi in every class, labs are decent in the new block and classrooms are fine as well. The hostel managed by the college itself is fine with good amenities but it is strict, has a lot of restrictions, and is slightly expensive. It is better to opt for hostels that reside near the campus. Food is really bad in college and since it is located in a remote area, you don't get good food even outside campus. The medical facility is pretty average and is maintained to just fulfill the JNTU requirements. Sports facilities are very bad; there is no dedicated area for many sports; the gym is broken; and there is no badminton court as well.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very outdated; they do not focus on the current technologies, and it is very old-school. They do not focus on current market trends, only a few faculty teach properly, and they do not provide any scholarships; instead, they even collect the next-year fee even before the completion of the current year. They sometimes prevent students from writing exams if they do not clear the fee due.
Other: Two festivals are conducted every year: Adastra and Sreevision. They are mostly DJs and ways for students to sell their overpriced goods. Our college doesn't even have a Google Developers Club; other clubs are mostly for students to bunk classes. I only chose this course because I didn't have much choice during COVID and I didn't want to study out of station. Improving canteen facilities, improving infrastructure, and improving sports facilities are much needed for the college.

It is one of the best colleges for engineering in Telangana.
Placements: More than 272 companies visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6.6 LPA. The placement percentage of our college is 87.5%. Vasudeva sir is the placement director who manages the placements.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Students will not have access to Wi-Fi. Labs are good. The central library has peaceful atmosphere. The canteen serves better quality food than the hostel mess. The hostel fee is Rs.1,10,00 per academic year. Many students prefer private hostels over college hostels due to the better facilities. Transportation is available from the college hostel to the college, which is only 2 kilometers away.
Faculty: Our teachers are not very qualified. Students are not satisfied with the teachers. The course fee is Rs. 1,38,500 per year. Teachers don't know the basic information. They don't have the capabilities to control students. All subjects are well-designed. They are not good enough to teach the subjects.
Other: I got this course by applying to TS EAMCET. The best thing about the course is it is well-structured. They should provide good faculty members. Many events and fests are held in our college. Some strikes are going on in the college as the management is not giving salaries to the faculty members.
