It is overall a good college with experienced faculty members and huge placement opportunities.
Placements: Our college bought 10 to 14 companies for the campus interview, which was helpful for us. Our seniors were also placed in the well-reputed company. Some of them went off campus and were placed in IT companies with a great salary package. Our college brought both core and BPOs. TCS, CSS corp, etc. are the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are normal and pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi facilities are provided if you get permission from the HOD. The labs are very useful for us. If there are any difficulties, we can say that they will rectify them. The library is normal, as for spots, they give equal importance to academics, and they also allocate game periods for the students.
Faculty: The teachers are very friendly. They help us in every subject so I got cleared in my semester exams. They are well qualified because they did M.E. and PhDs. They were knowledgeable and well-versed in clearing our doubts. They use PPT classes well for problem-solving. They always take to the industries.
Other: The Bachelor of Engineering is one of the finest and most popular courses in the field of engineering.

Review of Sona College of Technology.
Placements: Around 100 students get placed in major companies. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Some top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, Voltas, and Tata. Around 50% of students get internships as the college is keen to deliver quality education for innovation.
Infrastructure: Labs are provided to improve the knowledge and practical work of the students. The hostel is like a second home for students studying in this college from a longer distance.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are kind and legitimate in teaching important topics to students. Students can always access their interested field. Teaching standard is the best. The course curriculum is the best for students to gain practical knowledge and improve skills based on their interests. Semester exams are not difficult. Students learn many important aspects related to the future.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering to learn creative and innovative ideas. Improvements are needed in some fields.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are neat and well maintained. Labs are full of modern equipments. The food is good and hygienic. The mess food is good for every vegetarian.
Faculty: The curriculum is up-to-date. Exams are easy and helpful for gaining knowledge. The teaching quality is very good. For mechanical students, practical knowledge is provided. The syllabus is created in such a way that it is 100% relevant. It is useful in modern competition. Examinations here test our skills.

Satisfied because of the faculty and placements in top companies.

The highest salary package is INR 30 LPA, the lowest salary package is INR 3.5 LPA and the average salary package is INR 4 to 5 LPA. 40% of the students from a batch get internship calls and in plant trainings from companies and workshops.
Infrastructure: Class rooms are neat and maintained. Labs are full of modern equipment. Facilities are good. When it comes to food it has been good and hygienic. Sports and extracurricular activities are highly supported. Wi-Fi is available with very high-speed for the use of students.
Faculty: Curriculum is up to date and exams are easy and helpful to gain knowledge. Teaching quality is very good. Mainly for mechanical students, practical knowledge is provided. Staffs are good and communicates with students and clarifies the doubts. Semester exams are quite difficult but not all the time. Exam questions are very creative so that the student's knowledge and studies will improve highly by studying for the exams. Passing percentage is 50%. Curriculum is purely subject related but other department's subjects are also in the curriculum for knowledge.

It is one of the best and the biggest placement college.
Placements: Sona college placement is good. Above 95% of students placed in this college. More reputed companies are come to interview for this college. About 2.5 LPM is the highest package for this college, and Rs.20000 per month is the lowest package for this college. TVS and Infosys companies came to interview for this college.
Infrastructure: This college infrastructure was very awesome. More facilities are available at this college like free Wi-Fi for the full campus and digital classroom and digital library. The hostel facilities are also available separately for boys and girls. The canteen food is hygienic. Every week they conduct sports.
Faculty: Sona college staffs are very intelligent people. Most of the faculty complete Ph.D. They are very helpful all time. They conduct an every-week revision exam of what tests are very useful for the semester exam. They are encouraged to participate extra curricular activities for all students. The pass percentage is above 95%.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering from the Sona college of technology. I am a 2020 passed-out student. I am placed in good company because of this college. More transport facilities are available at college like buses. Bike, car.

The college is definitely not worth the fee, and this may be because of covid.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed. Students of every branch are placed in IT companies, and even students are not bothered about it. There aren't many companies for mechanical engineers. The CSE and IT courses are better compared to other courses in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, but the hostels aren't good. I suggest opting for NRI hostels. It wasn't that good pre-covid, but now that the faculty need to use it for classes, they've upgraded it. The classrooms are okay and the library too. The quality of hostel facilities is not good. They're the greediest people I've ever seen. It feels like they're not even spending 30% of what they're collecting. The college is academic-driven, and not much space is available for sports. There are no medical facilities, except one which will be open only once a day.
Faculty: The curriculum is good, except no one ever follows it. Some faculty members are dedicated. I do think students will be industry-ready. The semester exams aren't that difficult (if you regularly pay attention to classes and make some basic preparations before exams).
Other: I chose mechanical because I'm generally interested in that field. I wish some of the faculty are better at speaking English. The college has good infrastructure (not hostel). Some of the faculty are really good, and the rest aren't that dedicated. I can't say clearly about them.

It is the best college for studying engineering, and it is a well-reputed college.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get jobs from MNC and top-level corporate companies in Indian every year. The highest salary package is offered to the students. Our college sends students to do an internship every year. Almost 80% of the students get an internship at the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is unique because this college has a reputation. Every lab has all the technical tools. Every classroom is equipped with a Wi-Fi facility. Labs are well-maintained. The quality of the food served in the hostel was very high. The canteen is available, but at weekends it is not operating. I do not think medical facilities are available. Our college provides sports grounds for games like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: The reputation of the college over the period is built by the faculty. Faculty members in our college are great. Their teaching quality and explaining every topic are very keen without any deviation. They are well-educated. They are PhD holders. Our department is very automotive. They give a proper explanation of everything.
Other: I have chosen this college because it is a very reputed college in the best area. Every year our college conducts events. It is the best college, and it teaches different languages like Japanese, etc.

I am not well-satisfied with the college. I suggest joining here for CSE, IT and FT courses.
Placements: Our college just shows that it provides 100% placements. It tends to place students through consultancy, but I am not sure about it. Top recruiting companies did not visit the college of our course placements. Unominda is a company, which recruited, but they removed almost all the candidates after a year. Almost all students did their internships, which is mandatory for completing the course in companies like Titan and Uniq Technologies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides complete infrastructure, which is required for the course. We can't expect much in the food quality served at the hostel though it is a fully vegetarian campus. All medical facilities were available, and we can easily access the hospital in case of any emergency. In sports, they always expect the one who is already shining from schools and necessary training is provided.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college were helpful during the course time. They provide us with the necessary materials and notes. Teachers are good enough, and they also provide some online mode of exams, which they call blackboard, which is of no use by that time. I am not sure whether the course curriculum was relevant, and it made students industry-ready as I am currently in a different field.
Other: There is a small ground which is being shared by other colleges nearby. Our college does not give priority to sports. It tends to rent that ground for some local events and some social events too.
