Overall, the placement is average, but for a fun college life, it's great.
Placements: Our college has a placement cell, and they organize a placement drive twice or thrice a month, almost every week. As per my information, students get placement in those drives, and the most prominent firm I remember is Sony. Overall, the placement is not great, but it is decent.
Infrastructure: The college campus is tiny and has no hostel. However, you can easily get PG around college. The classrooms are just average, not in great condition, but the labs are pretty much good, well-maintained, and air-conditioned. The library is not huge, but it offers most of the course books and is very tidy and well-maintained. The canteen has also improved a lot.
Faculty: The teachers are really good, especially the English Department professors, who are really professional and very well-versed in their subjects. You will really enjoy the way they teach, they teach with so much excitement and detail, and you surely will enjoy it. The course is relevant, I studied English Honours, and now I can say the syllabus they teach is really good. Semester exams are decently tough, but not really tough, you can pass them with flying colors with bare minimum efforts. The exam conduct is also fair.
Other: I graduated in 2024, and of course, there's a lot to improve. Infrastructure being the very first thing, the classroom, fans, desks, and blackboards. The course, I personally believe it is really good. The crowd is wild, you get from various cultures and states, some are rowdy and some very decent, and many are in between. As for fests, whatever the event is, you will enjoy it, and the crowd will make it fun. About the connectivity, it's good. There is a bus stop named after the college itself, and Malviya Nagar metro station is just a 5 minute walking distance.

Worst college for studies, but the environment was good, and the admin and faculty were very rude.
Placements: No placement has ever been offered by my college. They didn't have any placement drives, and the course provided is so minimal that no company is interested in providing jobs. They didn't even have any internships. After college, I faced many issues because they didn't teach any practical skills.
Infrastructure: Its small library had few books, and Wi-Fi was not available for students, and the water dispensers were not hygienic. The canteen is always crowded; they don't even have proper seating. The prices are low, but the food quality is average. The admin staff is the worst.
Faculty: Faculty members are average, and no guidance is ever provided. The teachers are not interested in teaching, and they don't have any knowledge about the subjects. They always ask about personal life and didn't even try to teach the class properly. The core subject teachers at least try, but others are the worst.
Other: Fests are the bare minimum; only small, unknown celebrities are invited.

Good faculty engagement and diverse, quality activities but quite fewer placement opportunities.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students are placed in arts and humanities programs. The highest package was INR 7-8 LPA, the average was INR 2.8-3.5 LPA, and the lowest was around INR 2 LPA. Top recruiters include Chegg, Teach for India, Wipro, EY, and Genpact. Approximately 84 students received internships with companies like Edelman, Talocity, and Genpact. Common roles include content writing, general management, and customer service.
Infrastructure: The college offers well-equipped classrooms, a library, computer labs, Wi-Fi, and recreational areas for arts and humanities students. The college does not provide on-campus hostels; however, nearby accommodations are available, and students have access to a canteen, medical facilities, and extensive sports infrastructure for various games.
Faculty: Teachers are generally knowledgeable, helpful, and well-qualified, with positive reviews on teaching quality. The curriculum is largely theoretical but provides a foundation for understanding that can be applied in an industry setting with additional skills development. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with a pass percentage generally over 80%.

Room for improvement is there.
Placements: Placements are not upto the mark. But if you have excellent communication skills and personal achievements you can get good placements here. But overall the placement rate is not good. The placement cell is not that active and management is least concerned.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. You can have good seating places and canteen. Classrooms are big enough to accommodate good number of students. Campus is clean and hygiene is considered as well. Library is good and has books from top authors. You can study well.
Faculty: Faculty is good and experienced. But the curriculum pattern is not structured. Curriculum and exam patterns are prescribed by the University of Delhi but the college's implication of the curriculum is not upto the mark. Exams are held in every semester.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty.
Placements: The lowest package of my course is 2.5 LPA, and the highest can be 8–10 LPA. A person with the degree of B.A. English can be a content writer, news editor, academic researcher and writer, journalist, policy analyst, etc. The top recruiting companies for these are Amazon, Flipkart, Harper Collins India, Times of India, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is in "not so good condition". But apart from the infrastructure, we are provided with good facilities. As being from the literature course, we need many readings and books, so a library with a reading room is provided to us. The library has a sufficient amount of books we need for the syllabus and also the books we refer to for the text, apart from the syllabus. So overall, it provides us with what you actually come to college for.
Faculty: So, the best part of our college is actually it's faculty. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They give their proper time to us even after classes if we go to them to clear doubts. They provide us with knowledge and reading, which is not limited to our syllabus but could also be helpful for further studies. The curriculum for the course is really interesting. The texts in the curriculum are really fascinating and the discussion sessions with teachers and your friends are really captivating. The semester exams are not that difficult if you have the text so you can write it.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in English literature. The best thing about the course is that you get the fun element in the text and the class discussion itself. You enhance your critical thinking and writing skills; you have a broad perspective.

Small college but good crowd .
Placements: Student placements are okay, and I heard many students have got their placement from the college. Many companies appoint from this college. Good companies like Samsung and other MNCs directly hire from the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good but you can deal with it as it's a government college. The fees is also not so much, the library is not so big so is their books collection. Wi-Fi seems to work quite good. The classes are not so big as the infrastructure is small.
Faculty: Faculty for my course is quite big. The teachers are quite helpful as well. I am quite a fan of the curriculum and it is very relevant to the course. Difficulty in the exams is not so much and the pass percentage in 33%. The syllabus is small but it is very relevant.
Other: Fests are not so amazing. It's a small college but it is great according to me because of the crowd and the famous star Harsh Beniwal was from this college.

Our college has good faculty but lacks in infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are not good. Recently college organised an internship fair which was useful for some. Some opportunities are provided but apart from that, there aren't many placement options.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure can be improved. Washrooms and classrooms are not well-equipped. Library, labs and everything is available but not too good in condition. Canteen is better. There aren't many food options and not a lot of seating arrangements.
Faculty: Faculty is excellent, especially for English Hons. All the teachers are experienced and very open with their teaching. Teachers encourage us to participate in event management and great competitions.
Other: I chose B.A. English which is a good course.

There are great teachers in our college.
Placements: Over 40% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA and 0.50 LPA is the lowest salary package offered to students. Many got in between the highest and the lowest salary packages according to my knowledge. Around 60-80% of students got paid internships as story writers and editors in small companies.
Infrastructure: The campus is not so big and classes are not well-maintained. There are also 2 small grounds in our college. Faculty members are excellent in our college in comparison to buliding and infrastructure. There are computer labs, a botanical lab, a physics lab, a library, and more. A canteen is also there in our college and the food is good at a reasonable price. There is no hostel in college.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us in very simple language so that we can understand well and also gives supplement reading for better understanding. For English (Hons), the curriculum is good. It prepares us very well and it deals with everything a literature student should know.
Other: The best thing about this course is that you start understanding things better than others. It also develops your critical thinking.
