Review of Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi.

Placements: In this college, out of 100%, only 10% of students get placements. Mainly students choose this college for opening of the college. Top-level companies do not visit the college for recruitment. The lowest package is 1 LPA. No internships are offered to us. The highest package is 4.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel, so we have to take PG. The infrastructure is below average, and there is no Wi-Fi access. There are no sports facilities. It has a good canteen and tasty food. Medical facilities are also good if students or any other person is serious. On the other side of the college, there is a hospital.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and encouraging towards students. B.A. is only for graduation, and by doing graduation, we can not get a job. We can qualify for either a government exam for a job or a private company job. Exams are not hard, and it's easy. The course curriculum is not relevant to our lives, but further if we continue in this field, then it will be very helpful.

Other: I just want to clear my government job parameters of graduating, so I chose this college. The fee is very normal, and it is Rs. 5,300 per year for opening students. The campus crowd is also good.

Review of Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi.

Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. Companies visit our college and help students to get placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has two buildings. One building is for students of B.A, B.Sc, and B.Com. The second building is for the honors course students. The old buildings are not good. The new building is very decent.

Faculty: All teachers and professors are very good, hardworking, and cooperative. They help all students. They provide good marks in internal exams.

Other: Our course is decent for students who like to study. It is the most underrated college of Delhi University.

It has outstanding infrastructure and sports complex.

Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course was 20 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course were The Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Hindu etc. Around 80% of students in my course got internships in companies like the leading publishing houses and the leading English newspapers like The Times of India, Person Publishing House etc. The top roles offered in my course were a newspaper editor, proofreader, content writer etc.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in the college, but you can afford a PG nearby the college, where you can have access to Wi-Fi, a canteen and some homemade food. Sports and games are very good in our college.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, very well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is superb and extraordinary. The course curriculum is definitely very relevant as we came through all the literature of the world, which makes the students- industry-ready. The semester exams of Delhi University are quite difficult. The pass percentage is around 60% every year.

Other: English Hons., is the second most difficult course in DU. We can go through all the aspects of literature in the world, that's why I chose this course. I wish the subject of phonetics could be made easier so that more students will pass each year. Overall, I will rate the campus 4.5 stars out of 5. All other facilities are extraordinary, like events, fests, campus crowd, and surroundings. There is no metro connectivity, but a metro station is just 20 minutes away from our college, i.e., Jahangirpuri Metro Station.

Overall, I am satisfied with our college.

Placements: Students got placed in our course, and top companies recruit students from this course like editing in freelancing and professional jobs like teaching and government jobs too like in Delhi university professor. Internships are also available in this course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. We have a good library and labs. There are clean and wide classrooms. The canteen is good and serves delicious food. Cleaning facilities are good in our college and sitting arrangements are too good.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They help us. Semester exams are good and the percentage of the previous year was 7.5 CGPA. This course is good for further studies and teachers are helpful in every situation.

Other: I opted for this course because I like literature. This course improves our literature knowledge. Our college campus is good and wide too.

It is an average college with an affordable fee.

Placements: It is an average college almost without any placement in our batch. However, there were a few internship offers for some students. We were among the most exposed batches at that time. Most of the placement offers were provided by small firms, but it was a great experience to attend interviews.

Infrastructure: Our college has an average infrastructure with great buildings. The playground was huge and quite huge. There was a small canteen, but almost all the essentials were available there. Wi-Fi was available in the library and a few classrooms. There was no hostel facility in SSNC. I also do not like the medical facilities provided by our college much, and our college needs to work on that.

Faculty: I was from English Honours, and the course curriculum was fantastic. There were William Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Jane Ayre and many more great persons of English literature. Teachers were quite helpful and knowledgeable. They were ready to solve our problems at any time.

Other: Some events were organised every year, where we participated. I wish that the library should have more books. The drinking water facility should have been good.
