A decent College with good faculty.
Placements: About 30% of the students were engaged in the placements drive held in the college campus. I do not have any estimates about the average packages. Almost everyone who was actively present in the placements drive got placed and most of them got in different political consulting firms.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are pretty average and are somewhat congested, there is lack of proper ventilation in the rooms. Also there is no air conditioning in the classes so sometimes it gets difficult to sit, especially during the summer sessions. The Library is decent as compared to the other facilities available in the college.
Faculty: The Political Science department was quite good actually. The teachers and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Even the course curriculum and the way of teaching was good and quite relevant. The semester exams are challenging as well as quite lengthy for the time provided.

Overall review of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College.
Placements: I am a student of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College. For the last three years, placement facilities here have been quite good. The college has a placement cell, and it is for students. Teachers personally also help students get selected every year. Many students got selected and got internships with the help of the college. The average package of this college goes to 5 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa has two sides: one is good and one is bad. Overall infrastructure is good, but the problem is that the college does not have any ground or lounge for walking or time spent relaxing, and the college also has a gallery, seminar hall, and more than 50 rooms, which are well maintained and rate 7 out of 10 in infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty review of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College: If we talk about faculty at Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, they are well trained and willing to help students. There are both newly appointed teachers who want to teach modernly and experienced teachers too. There are more than 50 teachers on the college campus, and some of them are also quite good at their jobs for their aspirations to teach.
Other: My overall experience at Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College is that there is a good crowd, and the faculty at Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College is very supportive. Some students who got selected to the UPSC College also organize a festival every year, and there are many other functions too.

Our college has average infrastructure and excellent faculty members.
Placements: The placement cell is working great at their level. Due to our college location, many companies do not approach our college.
Infrastructure: Our college building is not great compared to other colleges. Our college provides good facilities like air-conditioners, Wi-Fi, and furniture. The library is very good and has many latest magazines and articles.
Faculty: Teachers are good. Their way of teaching is at another level. They behave very well with students. Semester exams depend on students. If students study regularly, they can easily pass exams.
Other: Our college location is one of the major drawbacks, and everything is good.

Neither too good nor too bad.
Placements: The on-campus placement was offered to very limited number of people. Most of them were subject toppers. A very limited number of people applied for on campus placements as most of the students wanted to pursue further studies. Though the placement cell tries its best to get us jobs via on campus.
Infrastructure: Half of the campus is reserved for a school and the rest is reserved for the college and a common canteen. There is no ground for the students to sit and play. The area around the campus is dominated by market so there is no open area outside the college too.
Faculty: Faculty is good and they help us a lot. They navigate a lot of different stuff around the college. They also help us in getting admission in top MA colleges. Events are held regularly for students’ fun. Guests are also invited to give speeches or take classes on particular topics. There is a fest in which singers are invited every year for few hours, mostly Punjab singers.

A review of Sgnd Khalsa College.
Placements: There are no specific placements for Political Science students as many of the students further pursue Masters and most of them go for civil services, one can get themselves registered for the placement interviews but hardly anyone from my department went for placement.
Infrastructure: The college library is one the best part of the college it has around 70,000 books the library is air-conditioned. The campus of the college is quite small, the college doesn't have its playground, classrooms are just like any normal college, the college has 2 decent computer labs, and the canteen is okay. There are several societies in dramatic, debating, quizzing, and western dance.
Faculty: The quality of teaching was quite good, classes we're regular, interject sir from political Science department is one the best teacher though he is blind his used to be the highlight of the day, the exams in Delhi University are quite easy but it takes effort to score high.
Other: The college has one the best societies in universities, especially its debating and quizzing society is quite good, there is an annual fest for 3 days usually during January and February.

Sgnd is average option for pursuing career from which I am experiencing.
Placements: Every year, few companies visits our college like oyo, urban clap, zomato, wipro etc. Which offers the highest packages like 10 lacs p. a. and the lowest comes to 15k, the average comes to 25k monthly basis. Students get internships through mock interview and on the basis of their own caliber.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is not considered to be good. This college is built in very limited area of 1 acre. Our college have Wi-Fi, lift and Medical facilities. It has a good library, not so good mess which has low quality food, we don't even have ground and our own auditorium for sports and events.
Faculty: Faculty is the only good thing which this college has. Teachers are very keen and helpful towards students. They provide guidance and every one makes students take every necessary steps towards their goals for the achievement which is actually relevant according to the course curriculum.
Other: I have chosen political Science hons. For opening the opportunities of getting government jobs, also it is complimentary course for anyone who wanna crack UPSC. Its really helpful. Our college organises good events and fests and has average crowd.

Sgnd is not really a good college option to take admission and pursue for career.
Placements: Percentages above 75 are mostly okay for the admissions till 4th cut offs for the students of political Science in Delhi university. There are limited companies who visits our college every year like wipro, kpmg etc. And offer job roles as advisors etc. The highest package they offered was 9 lacs p. a and the lowest was 10-15k, average comes to 20-25k. Companies Chooses students according to their mock interview irrespective of their percentage.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of sgnd is not really an infrastructure which is comparable to any other colleges in du. Sgnd is spread over only 1 acre of land. And have limited facilities of Wi-Fi, medical and library. The mess is not at all good equipped and shared by a school too. The quality of food is also not good to have.
Faculty: The course curriculum and the faculty of the sri guru Nanak Dev khalsa college saves this college from lacking behind otherwise it doesn't have much to flaunt about. The course curriculum is relevant and we have really helpful and nice teachers to serve us appropriate guidance.
Other: I have chosen this course for the help in cracking the exam of UPSC. And also it is also helpful for seeking government jobs nowadays. Events and fests of these college are not so pomp and show but the crowd is average good.

It is one of the good colleges under DU to choose and very nice for opportunities.
Placements: In our stream, about 85% of the students were in the first cut-off marks list. The highest salary package offered in our college was 11 LPA, and the lowest salary offered ranges from Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month. The average salary offered from Rs. 20,000 to 25,000 per month. Students from our course are hired by many companies like KPMG, Oyo, Urban Clap, etc., for legal works and also got government jobs. They are assigned with roles like managers, advisers etc. They got jobs on the basis of mock interviews irrespective of their GPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not that elite compared to colleges under DU. But it's average, and our college has a very well maintained library, medical facilities and also classrooms. Wi-Fi facility is available for every student in our college, and the quality of food served in the mess is also average. Apart from that, societies are considered to be very nice as they engage in conducting many curricular activities.
Faculty: Teachers here are very kind, helpful and highly qualified. Their teaching quality is good. All the faculty members are very knowledgeable, helpful and focus on making students industry-ready in this world, along with a relevant course curriculum.
Other: I chose political science (Hons) because I am from the humanities stream. I like learning and reading about the laws and provisions, so I want to pursue a career in it. I wish that our college conduct invite those committees or some people to make us learn about the course through seminars. Events and fests organised in our college are good with a really nice crowd from Punjab as it is a Sikh minority college. We have a lot of fun here.
