Good placements and good college .

Placements: Amazon, Byju's, TCS, etc. are the top recruiting companies in our course. The college provides proper placement training so that students can grab good packages in the recruitment drive. The majority of students who attend placement drives will be placed in IT companies, but getting placements in a core field is difficult.

Infrastructure: The college has all the facilities, like a playground, a gym, a free Wi-Fi facility on the campus, well-developed digital labs and well-configured projector-enabled classrooms. The hostel is also equipped with Wi-Fi, and the quality of the food served is good. Our college does not give much importance to education and extracurricular activities.

Faculty: The curriculum has helped a lot in my career for only those who kept their focus on the staff lectures. Course curricula are very helpful, as we learn all syllabuses in our first year and will learn special syllabuses according to our choice of placement options. Some of the teachers here are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but some of them just attend college for namesakes.

Hostel food-the worst Transports-difficult Other-good .

Placements: More than 60% was placed on the previous years. The highest is about 10 lacks per annum and least can be about 1 Lacs per annum and it's depends on the company such as trustrace, vvdn and so on. Opportunity to join a company is high and it's depends on our efforts to get placed .

Infrastructure: Good internet connection, good libraries. Lab are good. Hostel food is the worst. Other curriculum such as sports, NCC, NSS are perfect. Special clubs to enhance students such as step up club, media guild etc. We have a good environment with a average canteen.

Faculty: Teachers does their part perfectly. Only part left will be ours to study and use the opportunity given. Course curriculum are very helpful as we learn on all syllabus on first year and will learn on special syllabus according to our choice of placement options. Semester are average difficult and 50% is the pass mark.

Other: I chose as per my interest and they course is good as I can choose software or automations or embedded system as my career Events and fest had never happened due to the pandemic Still no single event were held. A event was about to conduct on the month of Feb but due to lockdown even that was cancelled .

I am somewhat satisfied, but placements are provided only in IT companies.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 22 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are Mac Controls, etc. Top roles offered in our course are design engineer and product engineer. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 22 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. About 75% of the students from our course got internships in about 70-80 companies like Amazon, Codingmart, Examly, Outsourcing Inc, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities available for our course are Wi-Fi, library, classrooms, department and different labs for different experiments with a well-certified lab assistant. Our college is autonomous. The hostel will have 4 sharing rooms and is separate for all the years. The hostel is separately provided for boys and girls. The quality of the food served is somewhat fine.

Faculty: Some of the teachers here are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. But some of them just attend college for namesake. Their teaching quality is moderate. The course curriculum covers only the basics and is not equivalent to the industry needs.

Infrastructure was very good. The hostel is in good condition for study.

Placements: Almost 45% of the students got placed in many companies. Top recruiting companies of our college are IT companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, but only toppers of every class join in Infosys. Top recruiting core companies are L&T Private Limited, Ashok Leyland, Bharath Heavy Electronic Limited, Tata Consultancy Services and Bharathi Airtel.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Classrooms are very convenient, comfortable and clean, and there is no need to worry. Departmental labs contain minimum equipment, and it was an inconvenience for students. Our college has Wi-Fi specification and library specification, and the library is good.

Faculty: I was satisfied with the faculty members, but they need improvement with some faculty members. The course syllabus is a bit relevant to the jobs, but if they improve the syllabus, then it will be helpful for students. They are only improving practice laboratory syllabus to take to the industry.

Other: I have chosen a EEE course because I am interested in the subject. The college should improve the course by adding extra courses like PLC lab and MATLAB projects.

Absolutely good environment and coaching.

Placements: Our batch had more placements compared to our seniors. More than 80% of students got placed, and the packages offered were nearly 2-5 lacs per annum. Odessa, Singularis, IDBI, Federal, etc. companies visited the campus for placements. Nearly 5% of students got internships in top MNCs. There is a placement cell in our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is really good; it is an eco-friendly one. Wi-Fi facility is available at any time, and classrooms are very good. A very well-designed library is maintained with separate racks for all departments, and IEEE papers are also available.

Faculty: The teachers are very well-experienced and good in adapting with students. They teach using real-time examples which is very impressive. Projector based studies are helpful to understand easily. We got industrial exposure, and our curriculum is really useful.

Other: Many extracurricular and co-curricular activities are held in our campus, and scholarships are also available

SIET has good placement records. They have well trained faculty. Infrastructure is okay.

Placements: In 2016, 365 students applied for placements. They are placed in many companies. 568 jobs are offered for them. Now they are working in top companies. In 2017 batch, the students are placed in many companies. From 3rd year onwards, they are allowed to go to the internship. 20 students were offered 12 LPA salary. The average salary offered was 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Every department has a separate building. Only hi-tech instruments are used in these labs. This college has full Wi-Fi facility with 2 Mbps. Classrooms are fully digitilized. Food in the canteen is okay. They are providing a separate hostel facility for boys and girls.

Faculty: This college is affiliated to Anna University. This is not an autonomous college. They are providing many value-added courses from the first year onwards. This is very helpful for placements. The faculty to student ratio is 1:30. In every semester, students are taken to an industrial visit.

Other: This college is conducting many events like Vealan, Thiruvizha, Kalam etc. More than 1 crore scholarship is provided for every year. They are giving importance to extracurricular activities, apart from academics.

It is a decent college with good placements. The infrastructure must be upgraded.

Placements: The college has secured 100 percent placement in the past three years. There are few big companies such as Infosys, Amazon and HP which come for placements. The highest salary package was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 1.5 LPA. The average salary was 3.25 LPA. Around 70 percent of the students got the internship.

Infrastructure: The campus is connected with free Wi-Fi. There is a library with internet facility along with Skype facility. It has the only cricket ground in Coimbatore to have a turf grass. There are table tennis courts, badminton, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, hockey and football courts available. The labs and classrooms are spacious and well conditioned. Classrooms are fitted with projectors. The food in the canteen is quite good when compared to other colleges. There are separate hostel blocks for boys and girls.

Faculty: The staffs are well trained and have enough subject knowledge. The laboratory sessions are handled well. The staff use both the board and projector for lectures. The quality of teaching is nice. The staff are friendly and easy going towards the students. Special training is also provided such as value added courses.

Other: Kalam inter-college cultural fest is being conducted every year for the past two years. The campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. The campus has an eco-friendly surrounding. The students are provided scholarships based on their academic performances.
