Below average college experience: Poor infrastructure and stagnant curriculum.
Placements: The percentage of students getting placement from the college is very low. To be exact only a few students from the previous batch of 2024 got placement from the college. The placement cell of my college is also very inactive. Only a single student got placement from the Bachelor of Arts background.
Infrastructure: My college has two campuses. The new one, though better still lacks basic facilities. There is no Wi-Fi a poor network a hygienic canteen no medical services and no proper sports equipment. Classrooms have broken fans and air conditioning is not even considered. Yet this is still better than the old campus. The old campus is over 50 years old with no major renovation. Its infrastructure is crumbling, and classrooms lack a proper roof covered only by heavy metallic shades. Electricity is irregular, while Wi-Fi canteen library medical and sports facilities are completely absent making it a unit for students.
Faculty: The faculty is the best part of Swami Shraddhanand College. Teachers, especially in Political Science and Hindi, are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. They guide us not only in academics but also for the future. Though the curriculum is static, teachers link it to the present scenario, making it meaningful. We have ability, value, and skill enhancement courses, but they lack practicality due to the stagnant exam pattern. Exams remain quantitative instead of qualitative. Students filling pages score high, while quality answers with less content score low. This needs urgent improvement for true learning.
Other: I am a Political Science enthusiast and chose to pursue the subject at the University of Delhi, preparing through CUET. (UG) and securing admission to Swami Shraddhanand College. The diversity within my core subject excites me. From public administration to ancient and modern political thought, and foreign policy. The cultural societies are vibrant, especially Pravaad. The debating society, where I have learned immensely. I participated in the 55th Youth Parliament in 2023 and later in MUNs and Youth Parliaments, even helping organize three events in the 2025 fest. Since the introduction of CUET, the student crowd has become more diverse, disciplined, and academically driven.

A comprehensive review of Swami Shraddhanand .
Placements: Students start getting placements in the fifth semester. Almost 75 percent of the students get jobs every year. The rest either start preparing for government jobs or continue further studies. The highest package offered is 75 thousand, the average is 50 thousand and the lowest is 30 thousand.
Infrastructure: The college has two buildings. Our course is provided in an old building that is in very bad condition and does not have any type of facilities. There are only fans and tube lights in classrooms, which are also often in poor condition. There is no hostel in our college but there are many PG rooms available near the college whose rent is approximately 8,000 per month and along with that, we also get all the facilities like clean room, mess food, gym, Wi-Fi, etc.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified or all are quite experienced, in their respective fields or subjects. The teachers here are of a very helpful nature; they are always ready to help us. This course is very good We get to know many subjects together after completing it, we can appear in any competitive exam or do LL.B., M.A., etc. There are two semesters in a year and exams are held every six months. If we remain focused on our studies, then passing this exam is not that difficult.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure.
Placements: The placement and job opportunities of Swami shraddhanand college are not good, placement cell is not active in college yet. If your want you can apply for internships for yourself from outside and the college provides the noc so there is no issue of attendance.
Infrastructure: No amenities in the classroom only fans and light which also sometimes don't work. Hostel facilities are not available in college but if you want then you can stay in PG which is also affordable its rent is around 7000 per month or facilities like mess food, gym, lift, Wi-Fi are also available here.
Faculty: The course curriculum is basically not so good ut teachers are very good and highly qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders, they have a lot of experience in teaching, they also have extra curriculum knowledge. There are mid-semester and end semester exam which are not that difficult to pass if you are consistent enough with your studies.
Other: I want the infrastructure of college to be improved. Placement cell should be activated in college and internships should be provided to the students of our course. Basically the annual fest happens in March or April named u201cShraddha Tarang" only cultural societies take part in this fest.

The college is very good.
Placements: Our college has mainly arts students, and more students are from IGNOU I don't know much about placements as I am in second year now and as I know it's a government college so I think will companies come to college and overall it's is aa good college.
Infrastructure: There are two buildings in this college one new and one old buildings and there is canteen facilities available in this college and a big ground for sports and teams play games for college in competitions, and classrooms are also in nice condition .
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in this college they co-operate with students and there behaviour is very good and the semester exams are not much difficult if we study if anyone not study hard so he can't pass the exams and students have to word hard for degree .
Other: As I have interest in politics so I have chosen political Science for Bachelors.

Placements: Every year the special cell of some experts visit our college for internships and placements. It provides you best internships, and students who got selected in interviews can enjoy the benefits of internships. There is no specific percentage criterion. You can also work in the private sector.
Infrastructure: Our college is very well structured with a huge red building. There is a beautiful garden and a wonderful library which contains all the necessary books. There is a huge ground where you can play any sport. Basically, it is an amazing college with many sitting areas and beautiful locations.
Faculty: The teachers here are very well educated, knowledgeable and helpful. They are very cooperative and supportive. The curriculum is very relevant. Our college exams are also fine with a moderate level of toughness and not very hard. Students can easily pass the exam by reading.
