I haven't attended college yet since the beginning of the pandemic.
Placements: Many companies like Capgemini, Vodafone, Infosys and others visit the campus to recruit students who have been academically very active and had a constant score of 7 GPA throughout the course. Internships are also provided in abundance here.
Infrastructure: Hostels have huge rooms here, which you share with the other 2 students. There's a facility of elevators and pantry. There's a common fridge and TV for all students available there. There's also an attached bathroom and toilet inside the room. Every student gets their own cupboards also.
Faculty: Exams are moderately difficult here since it all based on the college only. The teachers prepare students by conducting class tests and giving assignments for all students. There are also projects which are presented by students to teachers, and you get good marks for them.
Other: The crowd is very diverse here. You can meet students from all around India, and sometimes even overseas students join here to study.

The cutoff for B.Tech CS at SIT Pune is 88. In the year 2019, it was 120. You can visit the college portal and get to know more details on the same.

Can I get admission directly in the 7th semester in this college?

No, you can't get lateral entry in the 4th year because lateral entry only allows you to get admission in the very 2nd year of graduation in any college with certain criteria. So, you can't get admission in 7th semester in Symbiosis College.
