I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Placements: Vivekananda College is a women's college that offers various honors and program courses like Sanskrit, maths, history, political science, food, science, music, etc. Rare courses such as music and food technology honors are also provided. The majority of people go for CUET PG after this course. It is among the best off-campus DU colleges.

Infrastructure: We do not have Wi-Fi in our college, but labs have Wi-Fi. Libraries are really good with full of books. Classrooms are airy and spacious. The seating arrangement is good. There is no arrangement of hostels in our college. The canteen is good. The medical facilities provided are good. We have a huge sports complex attached to our college and running track. It has a huge garden, which is used for environmental studies purposes.

Faculty: Usually, teachers are helpful except a few. The quality and the knowledge of teachers is really good. All our teachers are PhD holders. The course curriculum is very relevant, and we usually have industry visits and practical fields such as food science, and several inter-college competitions are held. Semester exams are hard, but teachers provide sufficient notes. The pass percentage is something around 40-50%.

It is the worst college of Delhi University.

Placements: Last year, the placement rate was 45% in the college. The top recruting company of course is Bank of America. The highest package is 4.2 LPA. Top roles like sales, manager, customer relationship and many more department are offered during the drive.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is okay, and not so good. The location of college is good. There are many nearby cafes Hauz khaus for students where they can chill. There is no college hostel. Although, we can opt for nearby PG, and there are many PGs available.

Faculty: The quality is just okay, and teachers are not student-friendly. There is a problem of attendance. We have to maintain 40% any how other wise we are not allowed to give semester exams. The course curriculum is quite good, and it is almost the subject of eco hons and B.Com (Hons).

The worst college of Delhi University.

Placements: The college placement of Vivekanand is quite good, as the training and placement cell is quite active so every year takes us on industrial visits. Top companies are HDFC Bank and Deloitte. The roles offered are sales and customer relationship manager. I don't know exactly the percentage of placement rate.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite impressive, the college campus is made in a large area so there is no issue where to roam around. There are almost 6 canteens, and the college is fully AC-enabled. Hostel facility is available only for boys, I don't know the price of the hostel.

Faculty: The college faculty members are good. Teachers are quite friendly if you don't misbehave with them. The examination pattern is 40 internals and 60 external and overall you need 40 marks to pass, you can easily score 40 on 40 from college and your CGPA will be maintained.

Good infrastructure and average staff.

Placements: I would say there are 50-55 students who choose English Honours every year. And the package always depends on the student and not the college. The recruitment cell just shares the company's details and a link to apply and nothing else. The major roles offered here are Content Writing, sales department, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty nice of Vivekananda College. And by it, I mean the garden area, canteen, library, and labs. And about the medical facilities, it's HORRIBLE! There are some new classrooms which are in good condition, but apart from them, other classrooms seem like unfurnished classes.

Faculty: If I talk about the teachers, many of them are beyond perfect. And about English Honours, if you are into literature, then go for it, it's for you only. Lastly, exams are not THAT difficult, although the UFM process is quite disturbing. Though the college follows the DU policy of UFM.

Other: I personally chose English Honours because my interest is in literature, as simple as that. It includes the study of different genres and authors of various centuries, like Indian mythology, Greek mythology, modern fiction, etc.

Vivekananda College is best for females and it provides quality education to the students.

Placements: In our course, placement wasn't done. So, no idea about that. There was no provision for placement drive. However, teachers used to suggest us to apply for different jobs and internships on various platforms. Kudos to the staff for being available!

Infrastructure: Infrastructure was really good. Best part is free Wi-Fi in the college premises. The canteen and specifically garden surrounding the college building is the best place to spend time in free lectures. Also, the library is well-equipped with multiple books and novels.

Faculty: The teachers were well qualified and have good hold on their subjects. They are always available to help in case of difficulty. Proper guidance about examination is given by the end and we don't have to worry about any assignment, since teachers give an overview of what is to be done.
