Review of VNIT Nagpur - Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Placements: Almost 90% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Qualcomm, Intel, MATLAB and MathWorks visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like communication system engineer and design engineer are offered to the students. About 50% of students got an internship from our course.

Infrastructure: Workshops are conducted on various topics. The college provides state-of-the-art laboratories. The food served in the hostel is amazing. Apart from that, the regulatory authorities pay attention to the welfare of students. Canteen is average. Medical facilities provided by the college are free for all students.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are PhD holders. They are masters in their fields. Subjects are taught in a way that students get to know the real-time significance of what they are learning in theory. They provide hands-on experiences in the lab. The course curriculum makes the students aware of various technologies. Faculty members teaching various subjects are top-notch.

Other: I have chosen this course because it is a well-designed course for students who are interested in mobile technologies. I was interested in wireless technology. The college should introduce more electives.

This is the good choice for education.

Placements: Most of the core companies like Qualcomm, Media Tech, Nagpur Metro, JP Morgan, L&T, TCS, Infosys, and some colleges and institutes came to the campus recruitments. 50% placements were done for our batch, with a maximum package of 16 lakhs and a minimum of 3.4 lakhs. Even some students got internship offers.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure with the health environment. We have separate buildings for every department. The canteen, library and sports complex are well-managed. There is a separate hostel section along with professor home. We have a juice centre on the campus. There is a single seater room for the M.Tech 2nd-year students.

Faculty: Our college has sufficient amount of faculty, who are helpful and cooperative. The teachers are highly-qualified. They use projector boards for teaching. Presentation assignments are given to the students. Industry exposure is not for M.Tech students. The course curriculum is useful. The student to faculty ratio is high.

Other: Lots of events are organised inside the campus like Axis, Vihaang, and Deep classes.
