The eligibility criteria for PGCM course at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, requires the candidates to pass raduation with a minimum of 45% aggregate or pursuing Post Graduation/ MPhil or PhD (for Evening Shift) or other professionals working in the government/ private sector may also apply.

Applications are open from November 01, 2023. Application closes on February 22, 2024 (Exact dates will be announced later) GD&PI for Phase I: After the XAT 2024 results get published. (Exact dates will be announced later) GD&PI for Phase II: After the CMAT 2024 results get published (Expected in April/May 2024) GD&PI for Phase I will provisionally be held between the 2nd week of Feb and 1st week of March 2024 The mode of holding the GD&PI will be based on the number of applications received from a given region. Offline (face-to-face) GDPI centers for Phase I will be at :

Apart from accepting CAT and CMAT cutoff percentile, the institute also accpets XAT score for admission to the PGDM-HRM programme. XISS Ranchi XAT cutoff 2024, for the Unreserved category, the XAT cutoff is 60 percentile for the PGDM-HRM course. For the Reserved category candidates, the XISS Ranchi cutoff 2024 for XAT is 45 percentile for the same course. 

Normally, to get admission into an MBA programme at Xavier stitute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, candidates must have completed their 12th.
