Great faculty and amazing placement record.
Placements: Top companies visit our college to recruit the students of NIFT college. About 90% of the students get placed every year into jobs of their liking. The average salary package received at such big firms and companies is between 8LPA to 10LPA. Our placement cell also helps us with internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-maintained and highly organized. The classrooms are spacious, libraries have all the books you need, Wi-Fi is high-speed, and laboratories are equipped with high-end machines. We also have access to studios for learning.
Faculty: Our curriculum is designed to train us into professionals. Internship is a part of our curriculum; that is how we learn about the industry before securing a job. The professors of Fashion Communication are highly qualified and hold excellent lectures that help us with our exams.

Best college for Fashion Communication.
Placements: Of the total strength, at least 90% of the students get placed every year from our department to big companies like Boast, Buffalo, Raymond, and Tailorman. The average package ranges between 7LPA to 10LPA for positions like visual merchandising, fashion designer, or marketing head among others.
Infrastructure: Our department has access to ventilated classrooms, resourceful libraries, equipped laboratories, and studios for learning for Communication students. We also have access to Wi-Fi. The college canteen is hygienic and affordable. The sports and games need more attention, but we have fests organized by the student committee.
Faculty: Our teaching faculty is very interactive and approachable. They make every effort to finish the syllabus on time and prepare for the interviews as well. The curriculum is designed to let our creative juices flow and definitely prepares us for the industry.

Other eligibility criteria
Candidates must be passed Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five ubjects.
Candidates must have 3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of technical Education.
Candidates should be less than 24 years as on 1st August of the year of admission. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for candidates of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Person with Disability (PWD) categories.

- Entrance TestEligible candidates need to appear for the written test that is Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) conducted by the college.
- Situation TestShortlisted candidates will be called for situation test based on the score obtained in CAT and GAT.
- CounsellingAdmission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in CAT/ GAT or situation test score and performance in group discussion/ personal interview. Selection parameters and weightages: CAT: 50% GAT: 30% Situation Test: 20% For candidates belonging to Foreign Nationals / SAARC / NRI category, admission is on the basis of SAT score. In case seats remain vacant for NRI category, students belonging to “Children/Wards of NRI” category with valid Common Merit Rank (CMR) can apply by giving a special NRI Test.
