This is known that online learning can never replace the offline way of learning, due to several psychological as well as physical factors. However, seeing the scenario nowadays, with no left option we choose online education to learn and enhance our knowledge further without wasting time. Keeping it simple, online education is boon for those who do not have the opportunity to get a classroom study option.

As it is rightly said, “Something is always better than nothing”. So, long term effect of online classes can leave some less impact on students gaining practical learning of the subject. With this, students would also not be able to learn that other skills. Not forgetting the content of education we get through online classes such as anytime access to videos, and many other factors that somewhere makes us lazy and less attentive.

After the lockdown will be over, while taking all the necessary precautions we should switch back to our regular mode of study. According to a few research, experiencing the face to face way of taking knowledge transmission, clarifying the doubts at the same time with a deep understanding of the subject and making class-notes, etc. are proved to be the best way of learning. In my opinion, online education cannot be sustained completely, as it can never build a physical and psychological bridge for a student.

Only exchange of information is not enough for the overall development of a person. Many factors contribute to the development of students, which cannot be replaced by online mode. Online learning used nowadays requires to be upgraded. The class should be two way, as in one-way classes student’s feedback is missing. Respect for teachers is an important factor that is needed in the education system to make it effective.

Physical classes are only effective when students pay attention and maintain decorum by getting involved in healthy interactions with other classmates and teachers. Physical classroom learning also have proper time schedules, which helps the students learn in a better way. To conclude, I would like to mention that online education is a good supplementary way of learning something extra as required by every student. However, no one can completely depend on it as it would not help in the overall development of the individual.
