The pre-final and final year students often have many questions in their minds regarding the campus placements. How should I start? From where to begin? How to prepare and what to prepare? What questions will be asked in the interview and how will the rounds take place? These are just some of the common questions that baffle the minds of students. Here are some of the tips and tricks to stay confident and clear all placement rounds.

A typical placement procedure comprises the following rounds:

  • Pre-Placement talk
  • Aptitude test
  • Group discussion
  • Personal Interview
  • Result Declaration

It is very important to stay prepared and make a strong impression throughout the complete placement process. Here are some tips to keep in mind during the final placements:

  1. Make a crisp resume that highlights all your skills and abilities along with your qualifications. The resume should not exceed more than two pages.
  2. Research enough about the company and its background before you appear for the job interview. This exercise will help you figure out the most frequently asked important questions.

  4. Your dressing sense is very important, as it is the first impression that defines you and your character.
