Engineering Colleges accepting KCET for B.Tech in India

Each paper of KCET exam is conducted for 80 minutes. The Kannada language exam of KCET will be conducted for 60 minutes for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates. KCET exam Biology and Mathematics exam will be conducted on same day while Physics & Chemistry exam will be conducted on separate day.

Instead of a BTech, Ramaiah Institute of Technology offers a full-time Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in multiple specialisations. Some of these specialisations are CSE, ECE, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc. The UG-level programme is offered in affiliation with VTU. It is AICTE-approved and lasts four years. While GITAM School of Technology, Bengaluru offers this course in 10 specialisations, NMAM Institute of Technology offers the same in 10 specialisations. The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at Reva University and Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering are 2100 and 2058, respectively. While Reva University offers this course in 27 specialisations, Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering offers the same in 23 specialisations.
