The Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, cutoff 2026 has been released for different categories of students belonging to the AI and HS quotas. If you belong to the General AI quota, the HBTU CSE cutoff 2026 for Round 1 was 17220. For HS quota, the first-round closing rank stood at 31230. Comparing the ranks, the cutoff was comparatively relaxed for the HS quota as compared to the AI quota for CSE admission.

The BTech course is available in multiple specialisations including  Computer Engineering,  Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Petrochemical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.  Admission to the B.Tech course is subject to a valid score in the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination (AMUEEE) university-level entrance test.
