Hello Nishar Ahmed, National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology at Srinagar grants admission for informal courses is based on an entrance exam that the institute conducts twice in a year. Merit in this examination will determine the admission. For formal courses, for which the certificate and degree is awarded by the University to which this Institute is attached, there is no entrance exam and the admissions are given based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There is no mention of any cut off for getting admission in informal courses in various sources that I could lay my hands on. Even for formal courses where admission is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination no information on cut off could be found on any of the sources.You can check shiksha website for the cut off details.

IUST Awantipora Diploma admission is subject to the fulfilment of the preset eligibility and selection criteria. The eligibility criteria for Diploma admission is for the candidates to have passed Class 10 with the minimum required aggregate (35%) and relevant subjects. Such candidates are required to appear for the University Entrance Test to be considered for seat allocation. Hence, getting a direct admission to the Diploma courses of IUST Awantipora may not be possible.
As per the latest information, the overall cut-off varies from 357-367 for the M.Tech courses at SMVDU.
To be spoken separately the expected cut-off for "computer and Science engeenering" is 357, 361 for "system engeenering" and 367 for "electronic and communication engeenering".
