The candidates need to get familiar with the official CUEE 2025 syllabus before commencing their preparation process. Candidates will be able to know the details regarding the subjects and topics that they have to study for the entrance examination through the syllabus. By checking the syllabus beforehand, the candidates will be able to plan out their study schedule, since they will be aware of which units they have to complete to have a higher chance of scoring top marks in the examination.

It is very important for the candidates to create their personalized timetable during the preparation period. By having a steady timetable, the candidates will be able to plan out their study sessions and follow them so that they will be able to complete the syllabus well before the entrance examination date. Candidates are advised to create their timetable according to their aptitude and include daily revision and mock tests.

Prepare Regular Notes

Candidates are advised to create handwritten notes whenever they study a new or difficult topic. This will help the candidates to retain the information that they have studied and prepare quick notes which they can revise anytime anywhere. By creating notes, the candidates will also be able to write down important formulas and concepts, which need to be revised regularly.

Solve Mock Tests

Solving mock tests will help the candidates know their current preparation progress and help them understand what has to be improved to secure high scores in the entrance examination. Since mock tests are a replica of the entrance examination, the candidates are advised to solve it regularly so that they can know their commonly made mistakes and work on them. Mock tests also help the candidates to familiarize themselves with the examination.

Revision is Important

Daily revision is very essential during the preparation period. By revising regularly, the candidates will have lesser chances of forgetting what they had earlier studied. The revision also helps the candidates to understand difficult topics and units since they will continuously go over them. Many examination toppers and experts consider revision as an important part of the preparation and it should never be overlooked.

Participate in Extracurricular Activities

Candidates are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities since it will help them refresh their minds.  However, they should indulge in outdoor activities and refrain from playing mobile games and using social media. During study breaks, outdoor activities will mentally and physically help the candidates and they will be able to concentrate well during their studying period.

The candidates should first check the option of re-evaluating the paper on the official website. In case such information is not available, then they can contact the CUEE conducting authority and request for reviewing the paper.
