ICSI CSEET Exam: November Result 2025 (Soon), Registration Jan 2026 (Ongoing), Date, Syllabus

Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test is conducted four times a year. Candidates preparing for CS course will have to appear for CSEET to qualify for CS Executive programme of CS course. The admission process is as follows:

1. Filling of CSEET application form
2. Payment of application fee
3. Downloading of CSEET admit card
4. Appear for the CSEET
5. Declaration of result
6. Registration for CS Executive Programme

CSEET is conducted four times in a year- January, May, July and November.

1. CSEET registration: The registrations for CSEET is open throughout the year.
   • October 16 to December 15- January session
   • December 16 to April 15- May Session
   • April 16 to July 10- July session
   • July 11 to October 15- November session
2. CSEET exam schedule
   • Saturday/Sunday in second or third Week of January
   • Saturday/Sunday in second or third Week of May
   • Saturday/Sunday in second or third Week of July
   • Saturday/Sunday in second or third Week of November

CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET is conducted four times in a year- January, May, July, and November. There is no limit to appear for CSEET exam in a year. Candidates will have to register separately for the session they wish to appear for. Therefore, students can appear for the four sessions in a year subject to registration and payment for the CSEET application fee for each attempt.

After appearing for the CSEET exam, the authorities will declare the CSEET results. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria shall be declared pass. Candidates who will clear the CSEET exam will be able to register for the CS Executive examination for the upcoming session examination. The registrations for CS Executive examination is open throughout the year. Whereas, if the candidate does not clear the CSEET exam he/she can register again for the next session examination. Candidates must stay updated with the cutoff dates to appear for the CSEET exam.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India introduced the revised syllabus for CSEET under 2022. Here are the key difference between the old and new syllabus of CSEET: 1. Subjects: The number of subjects has been increased in CSEET. The new subject included in CSEET syllabus is Quantitative Aptitude in part 4. 2. Elimination of Viva Voce: Viva Voce section will now stand cancelled from November 2023 session examination onwards. Earlier the CSEET included of Presentation and Viva Voce section. 3. Entry route: The new syllabus has made the exclusive mode of entry through CSEET to CS course. The marks are distributed equally among each section of CSEET. CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET pass percentage refers the percentage of students who have cleared the CSEET exam for the particular session. ICSI releases the CSEET pass percentage for each session soon after the declaration of results. Earlier authorities released the CSEET January 2025 pass percentage soon after the declaration of results. The pass percentage for CSEET 2025 January session is 72.58%. 

CSEET November 2025 results will be announced at icsi.edu. Candidates who will appear for the CSEET Nov 2025 exam can check their scores online on the official website of ICSI. CSEET results usually after 10 days of the examination. Candidates will be able to access their scorecard by entering the login credentials: Application number and Date of birth. The CSEET Nov 2025 session exam will be held on November 8, 2025. Candidates are notified about the CSEET result date soon after the release of notification. To download the CSEET 2025 scorecard candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the official website

Step 2- Screen will display the login page; enter the following details:

• CSEET Roll Number
• Date of Birth

Step 3- Check in the box and click on the tab 'Login'

Step 4- Screen will now display the CSEET result. Check for the details mentioned

Step 5- Save and download the result.

The qualifying marks for CSEET are:

1. The candidate need to score at least 40% in each paper/subject
2. Candidates have to obtain an aggregate of 50% marks in all papers combined.

Candidates meeting above criteria shall be considered pass. Qualified candidates can register for the CS Executive programme. 

Admission to CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET is open throughout the year. However, certain cutoff dates have been fixed vis a vis the CSEET examination conducted in January, May, July and December every year. Following are the cutoff dates for CSEET 2026 exam: 

1. CSEET Registration last date for January 2026 session- December 15, 2025
2. CSEET Registration last date for May 2026 session- April 15, 2026
3. CSEET Registration last date for July 2026 session- June 15, 2026
4. CSEET Registration last date for November 2026 session- October 15, 2026. 

Candidates must ensure to check the cutoff dates to appear for the session they desire to appear in. The upcoming registration last date for January 2026 session is December 15, 2025. The registration window has been opened for January session. The upcoming CSEET exam date is November 8, 2025.

Candidates willing to appear for the CS Executive Entrance Test CSEET must ensure to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Check below to know the CSEET eligibility criteria: 1. Candidates applying for CSEET must not be less than 17 years in age as on the date of application. 2. Candidates must have complete class 12th or equivalent from a recognised board. 3. Graduate/Post Graduate candidates who were eligible to seek registration directly to the Executive Programme will also have to qualify CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme. 4. CSEET is mandatory for all category candidates for registration to Executive programme. Only candidates who will fulfill the above criteria will be able to appear for the CSEET exam.

CSEET exam is conducted in remote proctored mode. The exam is not held at exam centres. Hence, ICSI has not updated or released the CSEET exam centres list. Candidates can take CSEET exam from their home.

CS Executive Entrance Test will be Computer Based Test (Remote Proctored). In this mode of examination the exam will be conducted through remote proctored instead of conducting it through the CSEET test centres. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the CSEET 2025 exam through their own laptops/desktops from home any other isolated and convenient place. Candidates must note that they will not be allowed to appear for the CSEET exam through Tablets, Mobile Phones or any other similar electronic item. CSEET 2025 May session examination is scheduled to be held on May 03, 2025 in remote proctored mode.

No, there is no sectional time limit in CSEET exam. The CSEET exam is conducted for a duration of two hours. Candidates must solve the 140 multiple choice questions within the given time. Candidates can attempt any section first.

Candidates appearing for the CSEET online proctored examination must ensure to fulfill the following technical requirements to appear for the exam without any hassle and avoid any technical glitches. CSEET November 2025 admit card will be released online at ICSI official website. Candidates registered for the CSEET 2025 November session examination can download the admit card following the below steps. The admit card releases 10 days prior to the exam date.

Step 1- Visit the official website of ICSI

Step 2- Enter the CSEET login credentials:

a. Application Number

b. Date of Birth

Step 3- Check in the box and click on the tab 'Login'

Step 4- Screen will now display the CSEET admit card

Step 5- Check for the details mentioned on the admit card

Step 6- Download and save the admit card for exam day.

Registered candidates will be able to download the CSEET admit card till the date of examination. For upcoming examination, CSEET January 2025 admit card is expected to in Last week of December 2024. Candidates will be able to download the CSEET admit card January 2025 till January 11, 2025. The admit card is an important document that has to be shown on the day of examination, without which candidates will not be permitted to take the exam.

ICSI CSEET admit card 2025 for upcoming session will be released at icsi.edu. Registered candidates will be able to download the CSEET January 2025 admit card. Only candidates who will register on or befoe December 15, 2024 will be able to download the admit card online. CSEET 2025 January exam is scheduled to be held on January 11, 2025 in remote proctored mode. Candidates must show the CSEET admit card online wihtout which they will not be permitted to take the exam.

CSEET mock test is released one week prior to the date of examination. Candidates who have registered for the exam will be sent the link for CSEET mock test on their registered email ID or phone number via SMS. CSEET November 2025 mock test will be held on in first week of November. Candidates are notified about the mock test soon after the release of notification. Candidates must login with the credentials sent on their registered email ID or phone number to appear for the CSEET mock test. It is conducted to familiarise candidates with the remote proctoring process. Detailed information about appearing for the CSEET mock test is sent to candidates separately.

Candidates who have qualified the CSEET exam will be able to apply for the CS Executive exam. CSEET November 2025 results will be announced soon after exam. Candidates who are declared 'pass' will be able to register for the CS Executive exam (single group). 

The CS Executive Dec 2025 exam dates have been announced. The exam will be held from December 22, 2025 onwards.
