Best college for commerce students.
Placements: Our professors encourage us to join the internship program. Many of our batchmates got placements in TCS and Bandhan Bank. We have separate WhatsApp groups in which our professors give us information about all the placements that are currently running in our college.
Infrastructure: We have a free Wi-Fi facility that gives us a 30 Mbps speed on average. Our college has two libraries. No hostel is available, but the college canteen is good. The washrooms for men and women are very newly renovated, and they're very clean and tidy. Every floor has its own separate water purifier, which gives us chilled water in the scorching heat of summer days.
Faculty: All the professors are very good and helpful. The office staff are also very helpful and good. Professors teach very well. The guidance and teaching are top of the line. If everyone there attended classes regularly, then barely anyone would need a private tutor. We got freshers when we got admitted. There are also many tournaments in which students can participate.
Other: There was no ragging on our college campus. Seniors are just like our big brother. They help us in every step. Overall, for commerce, the college is one of the best colleges in Kolkata.

Overall satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our college offers placements at TCS and Capgemini mostly to 50-60% of students. It has started giving internships to its students this year. Roles offered depend on the choices made by the companies. The highest package offered is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: It also has all facilities like a library, Wi-Fi, labs, and smartboards for smooth teaching. The canteen also has a variety of food. The canteen area is average. It also conducts inter-college sports, annual sports, and Umang (fashion show).
Faculty: Teachers are helpful even though students need more practical knowledge to be industry-ready. The college is also making such facilities for all. Semester exams are held every 6 months in which the pass percentage is 32%. The exams are not that difficult.
Other: I chose this course so that I can graduate and opt for further higher studies.

Placements: 40% of students are placed in my college. The highest package offered is 5 LPA, while the lowest is Rs. 25,000. The average package in my college varies. Top recruiting companies actively hire from our college. Around 30% of students from my course secure internships in top companies. Various top roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility are available in my college. Classrooms are big and clean. There are two libraries in my college. The quality of canteen food is very good. Medical facilities are well-maintained. Sports and games are available in my college. We are lucky to have these facilities. Facilities are very good.

Best college for commerce.
Placements: There are about 920 students in the B.Com. Hons course. The highest package is around 25 LPA. Several banks like ICICI and HDFC recruit students for job opportunities. Many of them get great internship chances in government-sponsored companies, etc. Heramba Chandra College is one of the best in Kolkata for commerce students, as it really looks upon the needs of students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good in our college. The college gives a Wi-Fi facility to students during college time. Classrooms are big. 150 students can join a lecture at a time there. There is a smart board in every class along with projectors and speakers. The library has a huge number of books starting from textbooks to story books. The medical facility is good enough. The sports and gaming section is active here.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers is quite impressive. They are knowledgeable. Some of them write text books for our course. Rhe course makes students industry-ready. The exam question is neither hard nor easy. The pass percentage is very high in the college.
Other: I chose this particular course to get more opportunities later. I wish the syllabus become short in case as it is too lengthy.
