MAH HM CET Counselling 2025 (Ongoing): BHMCT Final Merit List (OUT), Seat Allotment, Cutoff

The MAH HM CET counselling is an entirely online process. The counselling process includes the following steps:

1. CAP (Centralised Admission Process) registration
2. Document verification
3. Release of Provisional merit list
4. Inviting grievances in the provisional merit list
5. Release of final merit list
6. Filling up and confirmation of online option
7. Display of Provisional Allotment of respective CAP Round
8. Reporting at the allotted institute for admission confirmation 

Candidates have to first register for CAP before appearing for the MAH HM CET 2025 Counselling. The entire MAH HM CET 2025 registration process is online. While registering for CAP, candidates have to enter the qualification exam details and the MAH HM CET details. Check here how to register for MAH HM CET CAP 2025.

Step 1: Login

• Login with MAH HM CET 2025 application number and password.

Step 2: Select Document verification mode

• Read all the instructions carefully and select E-verification or Physical verification according to your preference.

Step 3: Enter the CET details

• Enter whether or not appeared in MAH HM CET.

Step 4: Enter details for the type of candidature

• On this page, candidates are supposed to select the type details according to the previously selected Type of candidature.

Step 5: Fill in the category details

• On this page, candidates are supposed to enter their Category details.
• Select whether you belong to Open Category or Reserved Category.
• Select Status of Caste / Tribe Validity Certificate.
• Select Yes/No if you belong to Defence and if the candidate claiming for DEFENCE, specify the type.
• Select any one nationality document that you can submit at verification.

Step 6: Fill in qualification details

• Enter Qualification Details such as SSC, 12th/HSC/Diploma.
• BHMCT CET/MHMCT CET 2025 details.

Step 7: Fill in the personal details

• Enter Personal Details such as Full Name, Mother Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Annual income, Religion, Mother Tongue etc.

Step 8: Upload photo and required documents

• All the instructions to upload the photo with signature are given in the Note and Important Instructions.
• After selecting the photo, adjust the photo.
• After that press Upload Photo Button, then click on Save and Proceed button.

Step 9: Pay the application fee if applicable

• On this page check your application ID, Fee amount and click on Pay Now Button.

Step 10: Print the application form

• After all the stages are filled, the printable application form is activated.
• Take the printout of the application form.

All candidates have to pay a counselling registration fee in online mode. The fee details are as follows:

Document verification for MAH HM CET is done in online mode and offline mode. The mode of verification depends on the choice submitted by the candidates during CAP registration. It is mandatory on the candidate’s part to produce all original documents in support of the claim made in the application form. 

For offline document verification, candidates need to visit the facilitation center. The list of facilitation centers is uploaded by the authorities online.

Documents needed in CAP:

1. SSC (Std X) mark sheet
2. HSC (10+2)/Diploma/UG mark sheet
3. School Leaving Certificate, if required to substantiate the claim
4. Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate
5. Category support documents
6. Documents in the support of candidature type

The MAH HM CET Final Merit List 2025 for both MAH B.HMCT and MHMCT has been released on July 23, 2025. A provisional merit list of eligible candidates was released on the website on July 17, 2025. Candidates can submit grievances in the provisional merit list if any.  After analyzing the grievances, changes, if any, are made and final merit lists are displayed on the website.

Preparation of the CAP merit list: All the eligible candidates who have submitted the CAP application form on or before the last date shall be assigned a merit number based on the scores of MAH HM CET and other factors.

The seats available for Round I will be published on the official website. Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list of CAP are eligible to participate in this round by filling out an online option form. The candidate must fill out and confirm the option form through the candidate’s Login. 

What happens in CAP round 1?

• If the allotted seat is from first preference:
  • If a candidate is allotted the seat as per his first preference, such allotment shall be auto frozen and the candidate shall accept the allotment so made. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in the subsequent CAP rounds. Such candidates shall then report for verification of documents and payment of seat acceptance fee.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat other than the first preference and wish to accept the allotment:

• • Candidates who have been allotted a seat other than the first preference given by the candidate and do not wish to participate in further CAP rounds, such candidates can freeze the offered seat through the candidate’s login.
  • Once the candidate freezes the allotted seat, such candidate shall then report for verification of documents and payment of seat acceptance fee.
  • Candidates who have been allotted seats other than first preference and accepted the seat shall be eligible for participation in the subsequent rounds for betterment.

• Candidates who have been allotted a seat other than the first preference and wish to change the allotment:

• • Candidates who have been allotted seats other than first preference and are not willing to accept the seat shall be eligible for participation in the subsequent rounds.

The seats available for Round 2 will also be published on the official website. Candidates eligible for Round 2 will be allowed to fill in and/or edit the online option form filled in by them during the previous round.

• No further betterment option will be available to the candidate after round 2.
• The allotment made and/or allotment retained in round II for participating candidates in round 2 shall be final.
