NCHMCT JEE Exam Pattern 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NCHM JEE Exam Pattern 2026 along with the official notification. The NTA conducts the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admissions to BSc Hotel Administration course offered at 71 Institutes of Hotel Management in India (IHMs). All India Hospitality Entrance Exam, NCHMCT JEE will be conducted in online mode. The exam duration of NCHMCT JEE 2026 will be for three hours.

The NCHM JEE exam syllabus 2026 carries all the subjects and topics from where the questions will be asked in the NCHMCT JEE Exam 2026. Candidates must check the NCHM JEE 2026 syllabus thoroughly before starting their NCHMCT JEE Preparation. NCHMCT JEE Marking Scheme 2026

For every correct answer in Numerical Ability & Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning & Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, and English Language section, candidates will be awarded four marks. However, for every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted from their total.

At test centre, each candidate will be seated at a desk with a computer terminal and he/she will be provided with rough papers for calculations and a Pen/Pencil. After test, candidate must leave the rough papers at desk. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing will be allowed inside examination room/hall.

In the paper, many questions may come from blood relations, data interpretation, statements & assumptions, statements & arguments, and statements & conclusions.

NCHMCT JEE 2026: General Knowledge & Current Affairs

This section is easy if you stay updated with news daily. Read newspapers like The Hindu or TOI, follow news websites, and check hospitality–related updates. For static GK, you can use Lucent’s General Knowledge or Manorama Yearbook.

NCHMCT JEE 2026: English Language

This section helps not only in NCHMCT JEE exam but also in your Class 12 English. Work on your grammar and comprehension skills. There will be one passage (around 160 words) to test your reading and grammar understanding. So keep practicing simple grammar rules and reading short passages daily.

Better take 6–8 colored passport photos with white background. Keep them safe, you may need them during form, admission or counselling.

You can apply if you passed 10+2 or similar exam. English must be there in your study. Even if you're appearing for 10+2 this year, you can apply, but final admission needs pass certificate.
