No, students can not join directly Keshav Mahavidyalaya. Aspiring candidates need to appear for CUET entrance exam which is conducted by the NTA. Yes, migration is possible from SOL DU to a regular college. The student must have the1st year result that covers (1st and 2nd sems) both declared results before the deadline for migration.
