• Placements: Around 85-90% of students were placed in the ECE branch with the highest and the lowest packages of INR 50 LPA and INR 7.6 LPA, respectively. The answer to this question depends on the course applied by the candidate. JEE Main is necessary if the aspirant is applying for BTech programme. For all other courses, candidates do not require JEE Main score. Mere qualifying JEE Main does not guarantee admission in the BTech programme of IIIT Bangalore. Candidates also need to fulfil the eligibility requirement specific to BTech course for admission.
