M.Phil course fees in India can be different depending on the college where you want to enroll. The average M.Phil fees is between INR 1,500 and INR 1 Lakh. Today, MPhil is no more a valid degree and has been discontinued i.e. stopped being offered by various colleges across the country.

I feel it's not anymore. The NEP 2020 no longer recognizes the MPhil degree. This means it's not worth pursuing for academic or research-based careers. You can go for a MPhil instead.
Though if you completed or enrolled in an MPhil before 2023, the degree remains valid.

To be honest, it has changed drastically. Since the course has been discontinued under the NEP 2020, the degree is no longer valid in India or in many other countries. Though it is still valid in many countries for specific, specialised areas like Philosophy.
