FMS Delhi Admission Process 2026: Application Open, Check CAT Cut Offs, Selection Criteria and Fees
FMS Delhi MBA admission process for 2026-2028 batch has started. Candidates who will be appearing for CAT 2025 exam can apply for FMS. The CAT cut off for 2026 academic year is expected to be around 95-98 percentile. Read More.
The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University will conduct admission to its MBA programme for the batch of 2026-2028 on the basis of CAT exam score. Academic eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA at FMS DU is graduation with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate or equivalent CGPA. For reserved category students, the minimum aggregate required is 45 per cent. Students in the final year of their bachelor’s degree programme or equivalent are also eligible to apply. FMS Selection Criteria 2026
The FMS Selection criteria includes CAT weightage, performance in academics, Extempore and PI as well as discussion on Statement of Purpose. Additional five marks shall be awarded to the women candidates who appear for the interview.

FMS MBA Admission Process 2026
To shortlist candidates for the personal interview round, FMS will fix a minimum CAT cut off percentile. Candidates meeting the CAT cut off criteria will be eligible for Extempore and PI. Given below is the weightage allotted to each section of CAT exam:

Over the year, minimum CAT cut off for FMS admission has been 98 percentile while for ST/SC/OBC it ranges from 50 to 85 percentile.

FMS MBA Fees
For MBA programme, the current fee is approximately INR 57,350 per semester. Students from PWD category shall be exempted from payment of all fees except Admission fee and Identity Card fee.
FMS Admission 2026-28: How to Apply?
Candidates had to fill the FMS admission form at the institute website by registering with their name mobile number and email ID. Given below is the process to apply for FMS DU MBA programme.
- Open the FMS DU website
- Click on ' MBA 2026 apply now'
- Enter details to create a user ID
- Login again to fill the application form with relevant details
- Upload passport size photo, CAT 2025 scorecard and other documents
- Make fee payment via debit/credit card or net banking to submit the form
Application registration fee is INR 1,000 for General category candidates. For SC, ST and PWD applicants, the application registration fees is INR 350.

FMS Delhi admission 2024 is open. MBA admission 2024 is based on factors such as Class 10 and 12 grades, Discussion on Statement of Purpose, Extempore, and Personal Interview from the list of applicants shortlisted for the PI round. The institute accepts national-level entrance exams such as the CAT. Candidates must qualify CAT exam before applying.
The Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, released the 2024 composite scores for admission to the MBA course. FMS Delhi composite scores were released for different categories of students, wherein the most competitive score (51.103) is for the students belonging to the General AI quota. The duration of both the MBA (EXE) programmes and MBA EXE-HCCA is two years. Classes are held in the evening from
6.15 pm to 8.45 pm from Monday to Saturday. On Saturday the classes are held from 3.00 pm to 8.45 pm. Students are required to attend their classes. Additionally, applicants who are residents of Delhi-NCR. Attendance in classes in physical mode is compulsory. Additionally, candidates who are not residents of Delhi-NCR can take EMBA classes from different modes.
Aspiring candidates must possess Bachelors degree minimum in graduation percentage is 50% unreserved category. Whereas Passing will work for SC/ ST candidate as well as 45 percentage cut-off for OBC/NCL, EWS, PWD/CW category. A Candidate in final year graduates might also apply.

MS Executive MBA programme has 200 seats in total. Among those, 80 are General category, 30 SC, 15 ST, 55 OBC, and 20 are for EWS candidates. Reservations are as per the rules of the University of Delhi from time to time. Supernumerary categories PWD, CW, WT, WNT, and Orphan Quota also apply.

FMS Delhi MBA cutoff information may not be available in the public domain. For the last three years, the institute has assigned 98 as a score in CAT to get admission into the MBA course. However, this may vary.
