Here’s all you need to know about IIFT 2019 pattern
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has announced the schedule for its entrance exam, IIFT (IB). The exam will be conducted on December 2, 2018 for 2 hours commencing at 10 am and concluding at 12pm.
Candidates appearing for IIFT 2019 must know about the exam pattern to get a clear understanding of the mode of examination, duration, number of questions, sections etc. Candidates must keep in mind selection of right questions and time management is the key to excel in the exam. Candidates are advised to keep a slot of 80 seconds per question to clear the exam.
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade is known for experimenting with the exam pattern. The number of questions vary every year between 120 and 150. IIFT 2019 is likely to have 123 questions. IIFT conducts the exam in the traditional paper-pen based mode. Let us have a look at IIFT 2019 pattern:
- The exam will be conducted in an offline mode
- Candidates need to answer the questions in 2 hours
- The exam will commence at 10 am and will continue till 12pm
- The number of questions will vary between 120 and 150
- Questions shall be in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) format
- The question paper will be divided into the following sections:

Candidates appearing for the exam must ensure that they go through the IIFT 2019 syllabus for better preparation of the exam. Also, test-takers can go through past years’ question and sample papers for better understanding of questions that might come in the exam.

IIFT 2019 application process has already commenced and will continue till September 14, 2018. Candidates who register successfully for the exam will get access to admit cards from November 16, 2018. Candidates can check complete IIFT 2019 schedule.
