IIM Rohtak Final Placement 2021: 75% Increase in New Recruiters

IIM Rohtak has completed the final placement process for the PGP batch of 2021. Each student of the batch of 243 students has bagged placement offers. The total number of recruiters was more than 100 and the number of new recruiters or first-time participants was over 72. As compared to last year, there has been an increase in 75 per cent increase in the number of new recruiters. The highest salary offered was Rs 22.8 lakh per annum (LPA) and the average salary offered was Rs 13.74 LPA.

Consulting was the highest recruiting sector followed by Information Technology (IT). Healthcare was the lowest recruiting sector.

The roles that were offered in this domain were Brand Manager, Market Research Analyst, Product Manager, Marketing Consultant, and Business Development Managers. Some of the prominent recruiters included ICICI Bank, Tata Steel, IndiaMart, AuthBridge, Diaspark, and Blackhawk.

Consultancy

The top recruiters in this domain were Bain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, OfBusiness, Axtria, Mu Sigma, and Capgemini.

Finance

The top recruiters of the Finance domain were Deloitte, NatWest Group, and InteQuant.

Top Recruiters

The first time recruiters at IIM Rohtak included Xiaomi, GamaSec, Diaspark, Phable, Genpact, ZS Associates, and Mindtree among others. The other regular recruiters were Indus Valley Partners, Bain Capability Network, Tata Steel, Capgemini, and Cognizant to name a few.

Some other recruiters were Capgemini, Cognizant, Decathlon, Delhivery, DTDC, DS Group, KPMG, Tata Steel, Yes Bank, to name a few.
