LUMET 2018 Toppers

LUMET 2018 results have been released by the Lucknow University. The results were displayed on the University’s official website, and a merit list of rank holders has been released. The Normalized Final Index has been calculated taking into account the scores of class X, XII and entrance test.

LUMET 2018 was conducted on June 2, 2018. The exam has been topped by Manish Kumar Jaiswal who scored 95.915 in the entrance test, and 95.92 in the Normalized Final Index. On the second position is Dushyant Kumar Trivedi who scored 94.802 in LUMET 2018, and 94.80 in the Normalized Final Index.

The third position has been secured by Aishwarya Singh who obtained 94.333 marks in the exam. The fourth and fifth position have been secured by Pranav Ojha and Aditya Pandey respectively.

For admission to the BTech course at Lucknow University, candidates are not required to secure a valid score in CUET UG. The university and its affiliated college accept JEE Mains/ LUEE, followed by AKTU counselling. For BTech LE courses, the university might accept UPCET scores.

The University of Lucknow offers 450 seats for the BTech course. These numbers of seats are distributed across several specialisations. No, direct admission to the MBA course at Lucknow University is not possible. To enrol in the course, candidates are obliged to appear and achieve an acceptable score in LUMET, which is one of the university-level management entrance tests.
