Mystory@Nihar Ranjan Sarkar: How I selected my course and made my career
I studied Science with Chemistry Honours in my Bachelors from Bijoy Narayan Mahavidyalaya, Hooghly, West Bengal. After its completion, I took up a managers course in the paper industry from MSKVIB(Maharashtra State Khadi & Village Industries Board). Along with this, I also completed my City and Guild of London Institution Exam for pulp and paper making. I cleared this exam and also passed PG Diploma in Industrial Pollution Management from Lucknow, UP.
It was not a bad experience at all. I acquired leadership as well as team building ability which helped me across all the jobs that I got.
