Yes, it is possible to take admission to the IBS Mumbai PGPM programme without CAT. The institute accepts various other national-level test scores, including NMAT, XAT, and GMAT. Other than this, the institute also conducts an in-house entrance test, i.e., IBSAT. It is conducted once a year, generally in the month of December. No, the CAT application form can only be filled out online on the official website iimcat.ac.in. There is no option to submit the CAT form in offline mode.
