Our college has great students, great placements and great campus life.

Placements: Our college provides 100% placements for both final and summer internships. Top roles offered here are management consultant, HR and BPS for the HR course. Companies like ITC, Loreal, Korn Ferry and EY visit our campus for summer and final placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good hostel and labs. All facilities are provided as per industry demands.

Faculty: Our college has greatly qualified and knowledgeable faculty members. They have high industry experience. The course curriculum is as per industry requirements.

Other: I chose PGHR in this college because MDI is among the top 3 colleges in India for the human resource management course.

Placements and campus are excellent. One can have the advantage of being in the corporate hub.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students in the college were placed from PGPM, HRM and IM batches of 2019. The average salary package offered was around 20 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 41 LPA. Some of the companies like Brain, ITC, Reliance, and Deloitte, etc., visit the campus for placements. Almost 100% of the students were offered internships with an average stipend of 2 lakhs for 2 months. Placement cell takes care of all placement activities, and it is highly efficient.

Infrastructure: The campus is lush green and is spread over 40 acres. It has all the amenities such as smart classrooms, sports complex, and computer centre, etc. There are spacious hostels with excellent food including non-vegetarian food varieties and desserts. Minor issues relating to room maintenance/Wi-Fi were experienced on the campus. The library is kept open for 24 hours.

Faculty: The college has The best faculty members who have published research publications in major journals. They were the retired lecturers from IITs and IIMs. The student to faculty ratio is about 15:1. The course curriculum has advanced topics such as HR analytics, and fintech, etc. Teaching methods included cases, activities, and projects, etc. A lot of guest speakers are invited.

Other: Lots of activities are organised in our college. There are good opportunities in terms of B-School competitions as all major companies float them here including HUL Lime. The campus crowd is career-oriented.

Don't worry about the things you can't really change. Although, you will be at disadvantage, because of low scores in the past. You can offset it with scoring higher percentile in CAT and get admission in one of the top 10 institutes. All the best.

Hi, MDI Gurgaon doesn't have any reservation policy. A percentile above 95 in CAT can be assumed safe to bag a call for WAT-GD-PI.

Hi the admission criteria is CAT. A minimum percentile of 95 is considered to be safe for getting shortlisted.
