Candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the required AP NEET eligibility criteria mentioned below before registering or applying for the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling 2026:
- Candidates must have qualified the NEET 2026
- The candidate must be a citizen of India. PIO/OCI candidates can also apply for AP NEET 2026 counselling.

The Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling is conducted by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijaywada. This institute is the counselling authority for admission to 85 per cent State Quota seats for the MBBS and BDS courses. NTA will send the list of qualifying candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh, based on which YSRUHS will release the State Merit List for Andhra Pradesh. In general, the institute reporting process for Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling is conducted for three to four days for each round. Candidates will have to check the important dates carefully and report to the institutes within the deadline. In certain cases, the last date of reporting to the institutes is extended.
The registration fee for Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling is INR 2,950 for General/OBC candidates and INR 2,360 for SC/ST candidates. The late registration fee amount for General/OBC/BC candidates is INR 22,950 and INR 22,360 for the reserved category candidates.
