FMGE 2024 registration process for the June session is expected to commence in March 2024. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the official body responsible for conducting the FMGE 2024 exam will release the complete schedule for the FMGE application process. The FMGE June 2024 application process will be available at the official website, natboard.edu.in. FMGE 2024 registration is the first and mandatory step required to appear for the FMGE exam. Details such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number are essential to register at the FMGE application portal. It is mandatory to register online to apply for the FMGE 2024 application form. The FMGE registration process involves a series of steps starting with providing personal details. After registration, candidates would be required to fill in details in the application form, upload images, and pay the registration fee. 

Once the application process concludes, the NBE will open a final edit window in which candidates will be given a chance to rectify and change incorrect images as directed by the NBE. In the end, NBE opens the FMGE final opportunity window giving a last and final chance to candidates to make changes to the FMGE 2024 application form. NBE will release the FMGE 2024 admit card for candidates who will apply successfully and fulfill other eligibility criteria. 

Unless a candidate completes all the above steps, his/ her candidature will not be considered. In the application form, candidates have to fill in personal, academic, contact, internship, MBBS degree, and other details. Q:   Can your FMGE application form get rejected?

A:

NBE informs the candidates via emails stating the changes required in the documents uploaded at the time of filling the application form. As per the guideline of NBEMS, some candidates fail to upload their photographs, signatures, and/or thumb impressions as per the prescribed Image Upload Instructions. Such candidates are required to rectify the image (s) in their application form during the selective and final edit window. In case the candidate fails to make requisitie changes, then his/her FMGE application form is subject to rejection or the candidates will not be issued admit card for appearing in the exam. 

 

Q:   When will FMGE 2024 application form be released?

A:

FMGE 2024 application form will be released soon for the June session exam. Candidates will have to submit online application form for FMGE 2024 June session online only. It is mandatory to submit application form for FMGE 2024 at the official portal only. Registration is mandatory to submit application form for FMGE exam. Candidates have to login to the official website and submit name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, email ID for registration. After registration, login ID and password is generated. Thereafter, candidates have to login and fill application form online. The application for FMGE gets submitted only after submission of application fee. NBE will open the application correction window after the registration window closes. 

 

Q:   Can I fill out the application form for FMGE 2024 offline?

A:

No, FMGE registration is an online process. Those who wish to apply for this examination have to fill the application form in online mode only. Offline or any other mode of application will be rejected for FMGE 2024 session. FMGE registration process is underway for FMGE 2024. FMGE application process starts with registration, followed by filling details in the application form, uploading documents, paying exam fee etc. Those who apply successfully will be issue admit card. 

 

Q:   Is there any concession for reserved category candidates in the FMGE registration fee?

A:

No, there is no concession in fee for reserved category candidates. Applicants for FMGE 2024 need to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 7,080 irrespective of their category. Registration is mandatory to submit FMGE application form online. Candidates have to submit applicants name, date of birth, gender, nationality, mobile number, Email ID etc. as part of registration. After registration, details in the application form are filled followed by selection of exam centre and paying exam fee. The application form for FMGE is submitted only when registration fee is submitted successfully.

 

Q:   Will FMGE exam held in offline mode?

A:

No. FMGE 2024 exam will be held in computer-based mode. Each candidates was provided a separate deskstop at the exam centre. Questions had to be answered on the screen. Registrations were open on the official website to submit application form for the exam. It is important to read the official information brochure carefully before applying online for FMGE 2024 exam. The information brochure carries details regarding eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern etc.

Q:   What is the application process for FMGE exam?

A:

FMGE application process starts with registration. Registration can be done on the official website, nbe.edu.in. The registration is followed by filling details in the application form, uploading scanned image in right size and format, choosing exam centre, and paying exam fee. The whole application process has been explained below:

  • Go to the official website of nbe.edu.in 
  • Select “FMGE” 
  • Under the link sections, click on “New Registration”

  • Enter details such as name, date of birth, email Id, mobile number etc.

Q:   Can I change my email ID after submitting the FMGE registration form?

A:

No, changing the email ID after FMGE registration is not permitted. Candidates are thus advised to register using a valid and active email ID only. While making registration, candidates should be extra precautious as some details can't be edited once submitted. NBE will open FMGE 2024 correction window where incorrect details can be modified on the official website. Details that cannot be edited using the FMGE correction windows are as follows:

  • Email Id

A:

Candidates need a valid email ID and mobile number for FMGE registration. Apart from email ID and mobile number, candidates have to provide his/her name, date of birth, nationality, gender for registration. After successful registration, a login ID and password is generate.

Q:   Do I need to send a hard copy of my documents for verification for FMGE exam?

A:

No, candidates only have to upload the scanned copies of the required documents with the FMGE 2024 registration form. Physical verification of the documents will be carried out when the candidates report for the collection of Pass Certificates. Pass certificates will be provided to candidates who qualify the exam by scoring the minimum cut off. Candidates have to score at least 50% marks to qualfy for the exam. Candidates are asked to show hard copy of the original documents while distributing the pass certificates.

FMGE 2024 Registration: How to Fill the Application Form Online?

Follow the step-by-step approach to fill in the FMGE 2024 application form:   

  1. Go to the official website of natboard.edu.in or use the direct link provided above
  2. Select “FMGE”
  3. Under the links sections, click on “New Registration”
  4. Read the instructions carefully and select “Close”
  5. Enter the following details
    • Candidate’s name (Has to be entered twice)
    • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
    • Gender (Male/Female/Transgender)
    • Nationality (Indian/ Others)
    • Mobile number
    • Alternate mobile number
    • Email Id (Has to be entered twice)
    • Enter Captcha and Submit
  6. User Id and password will be sent to the registered email Id and password

FMGE 2024 Registration: Browser Requirements for Filling the Application

As mentioned above, the process of filling out the FMGE application form 2024 will be online only. All those who wish to fill out the FMGE 2024 application form are advised to check the browser requirements before beginning the process. It enables them to complete the FMGE application form in one sitting without having to face any technical issues. Candidates were also advised to avoid filling out the application form for FMGE using a mobile phone. 

Browser requirements for a hassle-free experience of FMGE registration are as under: 

  • Internet Explorer (version 11), or
  • Mozilla Firefox (version 50 and above), or
  • Google Chrome (version 50 and above)

FMGE Registration 2024: Correction Window

NBE gives the applicants of FMGE 2024 a chance to correct the mistakes in their applications after their final submission. The correction window for FMGE 2024 registration can also be used to upload the deficient documents (if any). Candidates must use this opportunity wisely and furnish the correct details to NBE. The FMGE application correction window will be available for 3 days. The FMGE 2023 final edit window will also be made available after the application correction window closes

Candidates must note that no new FMGE registration will be accepted during this period. This facility can be availed by only those candidates who will complete the registration process before the last date for submission of the same.

Q:   Will NBE open the correction window for FMGE application form?

A:

Yes, NBE provides candidates an opportunity to correct details in FMGE application form. According to the schedule, the correction facility for FMGE 2024 will start after the application process concludes. Candidates will be able to modify incorrect details through FMGE 2024 correction window. It must be note candidates can't modify every details through the correction/edit windows. Details like name, date of birth, gender, mobile number etc. can't be edited through the correction windows. NBE also will also open a final correction windows where incorrect image can be rectified. The final correction window for FMGE 2023 exam will be available online at the official portal on the predefined dates as per the schedule shared by NBE.

 

Q:   Do I need to fill FMGE application form in a single go?

A:

It is not necessary. Candidates can make registration and generate login ID and password one day and fill application form another day as well. However, candidates are advise to complete the process in a single day so that he/she may not waste another day for same work. Instead he/she can focus on preparation for FMGE. Online registration is mandatory to submit FMGE application form. Candidates have to pay INR 7,080 as exam fee to submit the application form. Without fee, application form will not be accepted by NBE. FMGE admit card is issue to candidates who apply successfully in the given deadline.
