List of Documents Required for AP NEET UG Counselling 2026

The following certificates are required to complete application process. The original certificates for NEET UG 2026 exam are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Check below how many documents required for AP NEET UG Counselling 2026.

• NEET UG 2026 Score Card
• Birth Certificate (SSC/10h Class Marks Memo)
• Qualifying Exam Certificate (Intermediate/10+2 Marks Memo OR Equivalent – Grade Certificate not Accepted)
• Study Certificates from 6th to 10th (If Single certificate upload the same for all years as PDF pdf 500 KB file)
• Study Certificates - Intermediate or equivalent for 2 Years (If Single certificate upload the same for all years as PDF file)
• Community Certificate (If applicable) -Integrated Community Certificates issued through online mode by the Mandal Revenue Officer /Competent Authority of Govt of Andhra Pradesh will only be considered for admissions
• Minority Certificate if applicable
• Income and Asset Certificate for economically weaker section
• Parental Income Certificate/White Ration Card (If applicable) towards fee reimbursement purpose only
• PwBD candidates if applicable
• CAP Certificate
• For claiming 15 % Un-Reserved seats as AP Non-Local Candidate, students will require Minimum 10 years Study Certificate of Student / either of parents, if studied in Andhra Pradesh only or Proof of Minimum 10 years residence in Andhra Pradesh of either of parents. They can also provide Current employment Certificate of either of parents, if working in Andhra Pradesh only.

• Local status Certificate Certificate issued issued through online mode
• Candidate's Latest passport size Photo
• Specimen Signature of the Candidate

• OCI Card

Documents Required for AP NEET UG Counselling 2026: Verification of Documents

The following will be ensured during AP NEET UG verification of documents.

• The eligibility of a candidate will be verified based on the uploaded copies of scanned certificates/documents.
• The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to MBBS/BDS courses if the online application is submitted without uploading the scanned copies of required certificates/ documents as per regulations.
• The process of application and certificate verification will be done through online mode
• Certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload
• Submit the Seat Allotment Order, printout of filled-in online application form, and downloaded Provisional Verification form along with original certificates/ documents at the time of admission at the allotted college
