MP AYUSH 2025 counselling merit list was released on the official website at ayush.mponline.gov.in. The authorities released MP AYUSH merit list in a PDF file which comprised details like Domicile rank, category rank, NEET UG rank, roll number, candidate's name, gender. percentile and NEET score. Applicants can check MP AYUSH provisional merit list given below. 

MP AYUSH Provisional Merit List 2025

The Directorate of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, will release the MP AYUSH status of vacant seats soon. The process of seat allocation by colleges is being conducted from September 19 to 21, 2025, till 11:59 PM. Candidates are provided the facility of choice filling, locking, and editing from September 19 to 21, 2025. The MP AYUSH 2025 seat allotment will be declared on September 24, 2025. Students will be able to report to the allotted colleges between September 25 and 27, 2025.

MP AYUSH counselling is being conducted for admission to undergraduate courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy for the allotment of 85% of state quota seats in government, state universities, and private colleges. There are multiple rounds of seat allotments released by the authorities after each round of MP AYUSH counselling is done. 

Since the first round of MP AYUSH registration is over, the authorities will release the MP AYUSH seat allotment 2025 in online mode on the official website on September 24, 2025

MP AYUSH counselling 2025 will be conducted to facilitate admissions to AYUSH courses across government/private AYUSH colleges offering BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses in Madhya Pradesh state. Department of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, is the conducting body for MP AYUSH counselling 2025. The admission to 85 percent of state quota seats in UG courses like BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS is facilitated based on the NEET score.

Q:   What is the application fee for MP AYUSH counselling?
A: 

The application fee for MP AYUSH counselling 2025 is INR 500/-. This counselling fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable. The registration will only have been deemed to be complete if the registration process is successful; candidates will be provided with a registration number and password which will be utilised for the choice filling.

Q:   What is the significance of seat matrix released for Madhya Pradesh AYUSH counselling?
A: 

The MP AYUSH counselling seat matrix are the number of seats offered across the participating institutes for each course such as BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, and BNYS. The seat matrix is released by the counselling conducting body, Department of AYUSH, Govt. of MP, before the commencement of the counselling process. The seat matrix will be released for each round of counselling and will be published on the official website, ayush.mponline.gov.in.  Candidates participating in the counselling will be able to exercise choice after considering the entire gamut of the seats available in the seat matrix.  

Q:   I am 30 years of age. Can I apply for MP AYUSH counselling?
A: 

As per the eligibility guidelines issued by the counselling conducting body, a candidate must be minimum 17 years of age and not more than 25 years as on December 31 of the year of his/her admission. There is a relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit for SC, ST, ST-STA, OBC, MBC and PH candidates.

To participate in the counselling of the MP AYUSH UG course, a candidate has to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Aspirants should minimum of 17 years as on December 31, 2025, of the exam year.

There is two criteria both age wise and educational qualification. 

  • NEET Qualification: Candidate must have qualified NEET 2025.

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2025.

MP AYUSH Counselling 2025 Process

Registration: Candidates must register themselves and apply for the MP AYUSH counselling 2025. Candidates in the General/OBS category will have to deposit a fee of INR 150 to register for MP AYUSH counselling. The fee will have to be paid online using a debit or credit card. To register, candidates have to visit the official website ayush.mponline.gov.in

Choice Filling: In this step, candidates must choose the courses and colleges of their choice. Candidates will be mandated to lock their choices on the online portal.

Seat Allotment: Based on available vacant seats and candidates’ choices, the seat allotment will be published online

Reporting to the Allotted College: Shortlisted candidates will have to report to the allotted college to finish the admission formalities.

Candidates who will not be able to register themselves for the first round further will have to register and apply for the MP AYUSH counselling 2025 for round two. For the second round, candidates have to choose colleges again. The shortlisted candidates will be required to follow the same process as followed in the first round of counselling.

Q:   Who conducts MP AYUSH counselling?

MP AYUSH counselling is being conducted by the Department of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The entire counselling process is being conducted and managed online by the counselling conducting body at the official website, ayush.mponline.gov in.  It is mandatory to appear for the NEET exam to participate in the MP AYUSH counselling.   

Q:   How many rounds will be conducted in Madhya Pradesh AYUSH counselling?

Generally, three rounds – Round 1, Round 2 and an additional mop-up round (if the seats remain vacant) is being conducted in the Madhya Pradesh AYUSH counselling.

The MP AYUSH 2025 counselling process comprises various stages such as online registration, choice filling, document verification, seat allotment and reporting to the allotted institute. The counselling is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine (BHMS), Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) and Bachelor of Unani Medicine (BUMS).

Candidates who have appeared for NEET UG can register themselves at MP AYUSH online portal by providing the essential information. Then after completing the entire registration formalities, it is mandatory to pay the application fee of INR 500/- as a MP AYUSH registration fee.
