Along with the JEE Main 2023 result, NTA will release the minimum marks required to qualify the examination. The required minimum marks required will be released in the form of percentile scores. Candidates can download JEE Main 2023 answer key with solutions for April 6, 8 and 10 exams released by coaching institutes from the table below.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2023 mock test free online on the website nta.ac.in. Aspirants appearing for the JEE Main 2023 exam can also prepare from the free mock test for JEE Mains on National Test Abhyas app. The app, NTA says, has been launched to facilitate candidates’ access to high-quality JEE Main mock tests in the safety and comfort of their homes. The National Test Abhyas app is also available on the official website -- nta.ac.in/Abhyas.

The minimum marks required to qualify JEE Main 2023 will be released by the NTA along with the result. The minimum marks required will JEE Main 2023 cutoff in the form of percentile scores. JEE Main cutoff will be different for all categories (Unrserved, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS and PwD).

NTA has released the JEE main session 2 admit card 2023. Candidates can download it from any of the following websites. JEE Main 2023 admit card is available for April 12 and 13 exam.

Applicants appearing in the JEE Mains 2023 session 2 exam can check the mode of examination from below.

• Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.
• Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in “Computer Based Test  (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted 
  on a drawing sheet of A4 size.
• Paper 2B (B. Planning): Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only.

In case a candidate is unable to download his/her admit card from the official website, he/she should call on the NTA helpline number: 011-40759000 between 10 am and 5 pm. JEE Mains session 2 admit card will contain details such as name, application number, photograph, date of birth, signature, date of exam and details of examination centre. After downloading the JEE Main 2023 hall ticket, candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned on it.   

For appearing in the JEE Main 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 or equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in the exam. However, the candidates may be required to fulfil the age criteria of the institutes to which they are desirous of taking admission. 

NTA will be conducting the JEE Main 2023 Paper 2A and 2B on April 12 alongside Paper 1 for BE/BTech. JEE Main admit card 2023 Paper 2 has been released and is available for download online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main 2023 April 11 Shift 2 Mathematics paper was of moderate level. Weightage was given to chapters of Conic Sections and Calculus. Questions asked from Parabola, Ellipse Hyperbola & Circle, Definite Integrals, Limits & Continuity, Area under curves, Matrices, Vectors, and 3D Geometry. Few good questions also from Binomial Theorem and Permutation & Combination. Both MCQs and Numerical Based questions required lengthy calculations. This section was also tricky for a few students.  

According to the FIITJEE experts, JEE Main 2023 April 11 Shift 2 Chemistry section was easy. Inorganic & Organic Chemistry were asked equally and had more questions as compared to Physical Chemistry. The Numerical Section had questions from chapters like Chemical Kinetics, and Electrochemistry. There were mixed concept questions from Alcohols, Ethers & Phenols, and Aryl & Alkyl halides in Organic Chemistry. Inorganic Chemistry had questions from s-block, p-block, Chemical Bonding, Co-ordination Compounds and Metallurgy.  

As per the feedback, JEE Main 2023 April 11 Shift 2 Physics paper was of easy to moderate level. Weightage was given to chapters on Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Rotational Motion, Work, Power & Energy, Heat & Thermodynamics, SHM & Waves, Current Electricity, Magnetism, Ray Optics, Gravitation and Modern Physics. Numerical-based questions were reported as easy to moderate. The overall section was balanced.  

As per FIITJEE experts and student feedback, JEE Main 2023 April 11 Shift 2 paper was of moderate difficulty. Mathematics was moderate while Physics ranged from easy to moderate in difficulty. Chemistry was easier compared to the other sections.

JEE Main 2023 admit card for BArch and BPlan is now available. Candidates can now access and download the JEE Main admit card 2023 by submitting their application number and password/date of birth. While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will have to produce their admit card and identity proof.

NTA has concluded the JEE Main 2023 Todays Paper Shift 2 at 6 PM. The entrance examination was of 3 hours and the candidates had to answer multiple-choice and numerical-based questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

NTA will conduct JEE Main 2023 Paper 2 BArch/BPlan tomorrow i.e., April 12. JEE Main 2023 admit card for Paper 2A/2B is now available online at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The exam will held in the afternoon shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.

here will be negative markings for numerical value type questions. However, if any anomaly or discrepancy is found after the process of challenges of the key verification, it shall be addressed in the following manner:
i. Correct Answer: Four marks ( 4)
ii. Incorrect Answer: Minus one mark (-1)
iii. Unanswered/Marked for Review: No mark (0).
iv. If a question is found to be incorrect or the Question is dropped then Four marks ( 4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question. The reason could be due to human error or technical error.
v. Candidates are advised to do the calculations with the constants given (if any) in the questions. The answer should be rounded off to the nearest integer.

IIT Guwahati will release the JEE Advanced 2023 application form on April 30 at the official website. Applicants will be able to fill the JEE Advanced application form till May 7. However, the last date to pay the application fee is May 8. JEE Advanced 2023 exam will be conducted on June 4. 

NTA is conducting JEE Main 2023 exam for session 2 on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15. Applicants appearing in the exam can check the good percentile for top BTech colleges other than IITs from below. 

There are a total of 31 NITs, 25 IIITs and 19 other GFTIs that participate in JoSAA counselling. Other institutes which offer admission based on JEE Main 2023 scores are from the states which do not conduct their entrance exams for engineering admission and include U.P., Bihar, M.P., Delhi, among others.

NTA has released the JEE Main 2023 session 2 statistics. A total of 9.4 lakh candidates have registered for the session 2 exam. For JEE Main 2023 session 1, a total of 8.6 lakh candidates registered for the exam out of which 8.22 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. JEE Main 2023 session 1 attendance was 95.79%.

IIT Guwahati will conduct the JEE Advanced 2023 exam on June 4. The authorities will release the JEE Advanced 2023 cutoff after the declaration of the result. Candidates can check JEE Advanced previous year qualifying cutoff from the table given below.

A certain number of seats are reserved in NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs as per the Government of India mandate. Candidates can check below the reservation criteria followed for admission based on JEE Main 2023 score.

• General category candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (GEN- EWS) have 10 per cent of seats in every course.
• Other Backward Classes candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (OBC- NCL) have 27 per cent of seats in every course.
• OBC candidates present in the State list but not covered in the central list of OBCs and OBC candidates belonging to creamy layer are NOT eligible to claim the reservation.
• Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates have 15 per cent of seats in every course.
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates have 7.5 percent of seats in every course. 

JEE Main 2023 cutoff means the minimum marks candidates need to obtain to sit for JEE Advanced. NAT release this cutoff after the final session of JEE Main 2023 is over. The cutoff marks vary category-wise. The cutoff marks will be the minimum percentile marks needed. This year the top 2,50,000 candidates in JEE Main 2023, will be able to register for JEE Advanced.

To calculate scores using the JEE main answer key, candidates can use the steps below:

• Download the answer key of JEE Main 2023.
• Now crosscheck the answers in the key with that of the responses submitted by you in the exam.
• If the answer matches then add 4 marks. If not then deduct 1 mark.
• Follow the process and calculate the total score.

The second shift exam of JEE Main 2023 April 11 has started at 3 pm. The exam will be of 3 hours duration and will conclude at 6 pm. The first shift paper has been conducted from 9 am to 12 noon.

Chemistry – Easy to Moderate Level. 

Inorganic Chemistry was given more weightage compared to Physical & Organic Chemistry. Numerical Based questions were mostly from Physical Chemistry – Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Mole Concept, Ionic Equilibrium, Solid state. 

Questions also asked from Environmental Chemistry, p & d block, Phenols, Chemical Bonding, Coordination Compounds. 

Some mixed concept questions were asked in Organic Chemistry from Amines, Aldehydes & Ketones, Biomolecules, Polymers.

Numerical Section had lengthy calculations. Mixed concept questions were asked in Conic Sections. Few questions were reported as Tricky.

Questions asked from Kinematics, Heat & Thermodynamics(3 to 4 questions), Kinetic Theory of Gases, Gravitation, Rotational Motion, EM Waves, Electrostatics, Magnetism, AC Circuits, Current Electricity, Modern Physics & Ray Optics. NTA  is conducting JEE Mains 2023 session 2 exam on April 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15 for BE/BTech, BArch and BPlan course admissions. There will be a total 90 questions in JEE Main 2023 exam. 20 questions will be asked in MCQ format while 10 questions will be of Numerical value type. Applicants have to attempt a total of 5 questions out of 10 from numerical value type.

NTA will release the JEE Main 2023 cutoff along with the declaration of the results. Applicants will be able to check the JEE Main cutoff 2023 from their scorecard. NTA JEE Main cutoff will be released separately for all the categories. For reference purpose, applicants can refer to the table given below for JEE Main 2023 expected cutoff. 

NTA has not specified the JEE Main 2023 session 2 result date yet. However, NTA is expected to release the JEE Main 2023 session 2 result tentatively in the fourth week of April. Candidates will be required their application number and password/date of birth. 

NTA has released the JEE Main 2023 paper 2 admit card at the official website. Applicants appearing for paper 2 exam can now download BArch and BPlanning through application number and password/date of birth. Candidates appearing in the exam have to carry their JEE Main admit card 2023 paper 2 along with one valid photo ID proof.

Various coaching institutes have released the JEE Main 2023 question papers on the basis of memory-based responses from candidates. Candidates can use JEE question papers to calculate their estimated score and rank.

JoSAA will release the JEE Mains IIIT cutoff 2023 after the conclusion of the counselling process. The authorities will release the JEE Main cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad separately for all the courses. Coaching institutes will soon release the JEE Main April 11 shift 1 question paper with answer key and solutions. As per the analysis of shift 1 exam, the paper was moderately difficult in nature.

The mathematics paper was moderately difficult and lengthy/time taking due to the lengthy calculations involved. A few good questions were interspersed sporadically. Questions were asked from Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, Vectors and 3D and Permutation and Combinations were there. Vector and 3D and Conics were dominant in the paper. Almost all the topics were covered. Again, practice through mock tests holds the key.

As per students feedback who appeared in JEE Main April 11 shift 1 exam, questions from chapters like p-block, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Solid State, Alcohol, Phenol and Ether, Solutions and Aldehyde, Ketone and Carboxylic Acids were asked in Chemistry.

As per the initial reaction from students who had appeared in the first shift exam, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate to difficult. However, subject-wise Mathematics was tough among all three subjects.
