NTA conducted JEE Main 2023 April 8 in two sessions. The first session was conducted from 9 AM to 12 Noon and the afternoon session was held from 3 PM to 6 PM. How to Calculate Scores Using JEE Main 2023 Answer Key

Candidates can follow the given steps to calculate their probable obtained scores using the JEE Main answer key 2023.

  • Firstly, the answer key PDF has to be downloaded.
  • Candidates will have to compare their responses to the correct answers.
  • The official marking scheme as per the JEE Main 2023 exam pattern has to be followed.
  • The calculated score will be the total obtained marks in the exam. However, the score is indicative in nature. In the official JEE Main result, NTA will convert the raw score to percentile scores for the All India Rank, cutoff and final marks.

JEE Main 2023 Cutoff

JEE Main 2023 cutoff is prepared as the qualifying marks as the candidates need to secure to be eligible for JEE Advanced. While preparing the JEE Main cutoff 2023, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination. However, the JEE Main 2023 admission cutoff will be different for every participating institute.

JEE Main 2023 Result

The official JEE Main 2023 result date is yet to be announced. Candidates will be able to log in and check their obtained scores through the JEE Main result 2023. The All India Rank (AIR) will be available after the conclusion of the April session since the aggregate of the two sessions will be taken out. Qualified candidates will be eligible for counselling through JoSAA 2023. Admissions will be done based on rank, preferences, category and seat availability.

No. The JEE Mains emphasizes on deep knowledge and quote challenging with negative marking whereas KCET is moderately difficult which emphasizes on direct factual questions with no negative markings.

Yes. Students with valid JEE Main scores can apply for admissions through the WBJEE counselling. However, these students will be eligible for allotment only in the 10% approved seats offered by the self-financing colleges and institutes participating in the state-level counselling.

Yes the SRMJEEE paper pattern is similar to JEE Main however, the difficulty level is not equivalent to JEE main and the question paper is adjusted to moderate level difficulty level which will be easy for most students.
