The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially published the KCET 2025 final seat matrix for engineering (B.Tech) courses for KCET 2025 counselling on its official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates can check the details below. 

KCET 2025 Final Seat Matrix OUT

KCET 2025 final seat matrix list out at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in: The Karnataka Examinations Authority has released the KCET 2025 final seat matrix on the website. This matrix, detailing the available seats across government, aided, and private institutions, can guide candidates during the counselling and choice-filling process. Now that the seat matrix is released, the KCET fee structure 2025 will be made available soon. The KCET UGET counselling 2025 is expected to start soon, second week of July 2025. 

How to Check KCET Seat Matrix 2025?

The steps to check the KCET seat matrix 2025 are as follows-

  • Visit the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
  • Click on the UGCET notification and select the KCET engineering final seat matrix PDF
  • Download and check the KCET seat intake of the colleges.

KCET 2025 Counselling Dates

The KCET counselling 2025 will start in the second week of July. Qualified candidates planning to appear for the KCET admission counselling 2025 must go through the KCET 2025 final engineering seat matrix and plan their college selection and course preferences based on this. Also, the candidates must download and keep multiple copies of KCET 2025 verification slip for the counselling process. 

Documents Checklist for KCET Counselling 2025

Candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready for counselling -

  • Printout of the KCET application form 2025
  • KCET admit card 2025
  • Fee payment proof receipt of application form
  • Class 10th/SSLC marksheet and certificate
  • Class 12th/PUC marksheet and certificate
  • 7 years study certificate countersigned by the concerned BEO/DDPI
  • Two copies of a recent passport-size photograph
  • Income certificate
  • Rural study certificate
  • Caste certificate
  • Kannada medium certificate
  • Parent’s study certificate/Parent’s Hometown certificate/Parent’s Domicile certificate/Parent’s Employment certificate/Parent’s Cumulative Record/Parent’s Marks Card, etc., for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats based on the domicile/study/employment of the parent.  
  • Identity card issued by the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner/District Magistrate/Rehabilitation Commissioner, for the candidates claiming eligibility for Government seats under Jammu & Kashmiri Migrants quota.
