CDS 2 Application 2025 To Start From May 28; Know Who are Eligible To Apply?

CDS 2 Application Form: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the CDS 2 application form along with the notification on May 28. Candidates can download the notification PDF and submit the CDS 2 application form online through the official website: upsc.gov.in. The last date to complete the CDS 2 application process is June 17.
The CDS 2 exam will be conducted on September 14. The Combined Defence Services (CDS) is held for candidates aspiring to join the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), and Officers Training Academy (OTA) for both men and women. The selection process includes a written exam followed by the SSB (Services Selection Board) interview.
How to fill CDS 2 Application 2025?
Candidates must note CDS 2 application form 2025 can only be filled in online mode. No offline forms will be accepted. They can check the steps provided below to know to fill up the CDS 2 application form:
Step 1: Go to the official website: upsc.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on CDS 2 Application Link
Step 3: Now, click on โApply Onlineโ tab followed by the โOne Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations of UPSCโ option
Step 4: Click on the new registration option and complete the process
Step 5: Further, log in using the generated credentials
Step 5: Now, select the exam name
Step 6: Fill out the CDS 2025 application form, upload the documents and pay the registration fee
Step 7: Submit the online form and take a printout of it
Who are eligible to apply for CDS 2 Exam 2025?
Both male and female candidates can apply for the CDS 2025 exam. To be eligible, they must be Indian nationals, at least 19 years old, and either graduates or in the final year of graduation. Women can apply for OTA, including divorced and issueless women. BTech graduates are eligible for IMA, INA, and AFA. Candidates must also meet the required physical standards. The four key eligibility criteria include age, gender, and marital status; educational qualification; nationality; and physical fitness.
