CDS Result 2022: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced CDS 1 result 2022 on May 18. Total 6,622 candidates have qualified the written exam. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check their results online. CDS 1 result 2022 has been released in PDF form and it displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates. CDS 1 Result 2022
CDS 1 result 2022 for the written exam has been announced on the official website-upsc.gov.in. The candidature of all candidates who qualifies the written exam is treated as provisional. They are required to submit the original certificates in support of their age, educational qualification, etc. CDS 1 2022 exam was conducted on April 10. Based on the combined performance in the written exam and SSB interview, candidates will be offered admission for the courses commencing at Indian Miltary Academy, Dehradun, Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala in January 2023 as well as Officers Training Academy, Chennai courses starting in April 2023.

CDS 2 2021 Final Result
CDS 2 2021 final result has been announced on June 3. A total of 142 candidates have been declared qualified on the basis of the result of CDS 2 2021 and SSB interview for admission to the 153rd (DE) Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course i.e. No. 212 F(P) Course.

Candidates need to follow the steps given below to check the result:

- Find the link ‘CDS result’ on the home page
- On a new page, the result PDF opens
- Candidates need to check their roll numbers through Ctrl+F
- The result PDF displays the roll numbers of qualified candidates

CDS 1 2021 Public Disclosure of Scores
Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) has disclosed the CDS 1 2021 marks and other details of non-recommended candidates. The marks have been released as per the willingness of candidates. CDS 1 2021 marks are available in PDF form and comprises details such as name, father’s name, date of birth, community, gender, educational qualifications, total marks, complete address and email ID.
CDS 1 final result 2021 for IMA, INA and AFA course was declared on December 24 and for OTA it was announced on March 21, 2022. The scores and other details of non-qualified under the disclosure scheme have been released out of 600 marks for IMA, INA and AFA and 400 marks for OTA.

CDS 2022 Marksheet
The marks obtained by the qualified candidates are displayed after the declaration of the final result. The scorecard includes the candidate’s roll number, date of birth, name, total marks obtained in the written exam and SSB Interview, and final total marks.
However, keeping with the decision of the Government of India (Department of Personnel & Training) regarding the display of scores of candidates who appeared for the SSB Interview but did not qualify, the commission releases the same which remains valid for one year. The details include the candidate’s name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, category, gender, educational qualification, total marks, etc.
Candidates can download their marksheets by following the steps given below:
- Visit the official website of UPSC
- Go to the 'What's New' section
- Enter roll number and date of birth
- The marksheet will appear on the screen
- Download the marksheet and take its printout
CDS Result: Score Calculation Process
The scores of candidates are calculated as per the process given below:
- For the correct answer in each section of the test, candidates score one mark
- For incorrect response, 1/3 marks are deducted
- In case candidates mark more than one option in the test that will be treated as the wrong answer
- The total score is calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers
CDS Result: Preparation of Merit List
The merit list is prepared in the following manner:
- UPSC prepares a list of candidates who get the minimum qualifying marks in the written exam decided by the commission
- Candidates declared successful in the written exam are called for an intelligence and personality test
- Candidates need to secure separate qualifying marks in the written exam and SSB Interview
- The final merit list is prepared based on the total marks secured in the written exam and SSB Interview
- The final selection is done based on their merit subjected to medical fitness and the number of vacancies

CDS Cut off 2022
For selection to the IMA, INA, AFA and OTA, candidates need to qualify the minimum qualifying marks separately in written exam and SSB Interview prescribed by the examination authority. Candidates need to secure at least 20 per cent in each subject. Candidates securing CDS cut off in the written exam are called for the SSB Interview.
