CNET Counselling Institute Reporting Process

The CNET 2025 seat allotment result for the round-2 counselling was released on July 3, 2025. The institute reporting process began on July 4, 2025, and it will be open till July 9, 2025. During this window, candidates can exercise three choices:

  1. Accept the college and confirm the seat
  2. Decline the college and wait for the mop-up round to begin
  3. No option to upgrade will be offered in Round 2.

Candidates who chose the ‘Upgrade’ option in Round-2 and the college has been changed in the CNET Round-2 counselling, for them it is mandatory to join the college in Round-2. It is because the previous seat will be cancelled when a new seat is allotted. So, whether you like this college allotted in round-2 or not, it is a mandate to join it in round-2.
