AIIMS Delhi releases the cutoff every year depending upon the number of candidates who sat for the entrance exam and the difficulty level of the entrance. The AIIMS nursing cutoff varies for every year. The minimum cutoff score to qualify for admission into AIIMS for a BSc in nursing is 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.
AIIMS nursing is an online exam which is conducted in computer-based mode. The BSc nursing entrance exam will be conducted carrying 100 wuestions of 100 marks (i.e. 1 mark for each question). Each section namely Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, will be of 30 marks each except GK section which will be of 10 marks. There will be a negative marking of -1/3 marks for choosing incorrect option.

AIIMS Delhi allots a 2-hour duration for solving the BSc nursing exam. No extra time will be extended to attempt the paper. It is an online exam, and the exam will be submitted as the 120-minute timer concludes.
The AIIMS Nursing 2026 will be conducted in selected cities of regional centres as decided by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The list of test cities will be presented to the candidates at the time of filling out the AIIMS Nursing application form. AIIMS BSc Nursing 2026 Marking Scheme
Candidates can check AIIMS Nursing marking scheme online. BSc Nursing exam is conducted for 100 marks. The question paper of AIIMS BSc Nursing will have four sections, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge. PCB has equal weightage. There will be 30 questions in PCB. General Knowledge sections will have 10 questions. Negative marking is done for wrong answers. -1/3 mark is reduced for wrong attempts.

IIMS MSc Nursing 2025 test centres are decided by the exam conducting body, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The list of AIIMS MSc. Nursing test centres are released by the AIIMS Delhi at the official website.
