The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is going to conduct the RBI Assistant 2023 prelims exam on November 18 and 19. RBI Assistant admit card for the prelims exam was released at rbi.org.in. Those who will qualify the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. With just one week left for the exam, candidates must focus more on revision. They should revise each and every topic sincerely. Side by side, candidates must also attempt mock tests. Candidates must analyse their mock tests, which are very important to know their strengths and weaknesses. Last but not the least, candidates must stay calm and patience. RBI Assistant Exam Pattern 2023

RBI Assistant exam pattern for the preliminary exam is divided into three sections-English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. The question paper of the preliminary exam contains a total of 100 questions. The maximum marks allotted to the test is 100. The total duration of the preliminary exam is 60 minutes.

The mains exam of RBI Assistant is divided into five sections: Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. There are a total of 200 questions and the total marks of the test are 200. Candidates need to complete the paper within 135 minutes. There are sectional timings for the exam. Candidates qualifying the mains exam are called for Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

General Awareness

Static General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Science, Sports, Important Schemes, People in News, Awards, History, Geography, Economy, Polity, Banking Awareness. 

English Language 

Reading Comprehension, Phrases, and Idioms, Fill in the Blanks, Spelling Error, One-word Substitution, Sentence Correction, Error Detection, Synonyms & Antonyms.

Computer Knowledge

MS Office, Internet & Web, System Networking, Database Management, Security, and Operating System. 

RBI Assistant 2023 Last Minute Preparation Tips

In order to get the desired result in the RBI Assistant exam, it is important to have an effective preparation strategy. Here are some RBI Assistant last-minute preparation tips that can help one to boost up preparation:

  • During the last stage of RBI Assistant preparation, priority should be given to mock tests. You must solve 20 to 25 mock tests. However, you should also keep at least one hour for analysing the mock tests
  • The Reasoning Ability paper mainly tests the your calculation and mathematical speed. You are advised to practice more and more questions from these segments
  • To prepare for English, the you should devote at least one hour to reading newspapers or magazines. To strengthen the vocabulary part, a lot of revision is needed
  • In these last few days, you are advised to focus and work on your strengths and at the same time improve your weak areas. Practice previous years’ question papers and analyse the performance at the end, to have an idea of the same
  • Instead of referring to any new books or topics, you should focus on revising what you have already read and studied
  • You should maintain calm, eat and sleep properly, as there are few days left for the exam
