IBPS PO Admit Card 2025: The Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection will release the IBPS PO 2025 admit card four to five days before the exam date. The IBPS PO 2025 prelims exam will be conducted on August 17, 23 and 24, 2025.. The IBPS PO exam 2025 will be conducted online as a Computer-Based Exam at the designated exam centres. The candidates must check and download the IBPS PO 2025 admit card from the official website - ibps.in. The IBPS PO 2025 notification released on June 30, 2025. The IBPS PO 2025 Application process was started on July 1, 2025. The last date to apply is July 21, 2025.

The candidates must carry one identity card and one photographs with the admit card to the IBPS PO exam centre. IBPS PO Interview Call Letter

The call letter for the interview will be released for candidates who qualify the mains exam. The interview is conducted by the participating banks and coordinated by the nodal bank in each state/UT with the help of IBPS. Interviews are conducted at select centres.   • Candidates need to report atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the IBPS PO admit card
  • Wearing masks is compulsory
  • The examination authority scan the barcode given in the admit card 
  • Candidates are allowed to wear gloves, carry a transparent water bottle, hand sanitiser (50 ml), pen, exam related documents (admit card, ID card, photocopy ID card, etc) 
  • Registration of candidates is done through photo capture
  • Rough sheets are kept at the candidate's desk. No additional sheets are provided during the exam
  • Candidates are required to drop the rough sheets in the boxes provided at the exit while leaving the lab

Q:   When should I reach IBPS PO exam centre?
A: 

You should reach the IBPS PO exam centre early before the reporting time to complete the verification process. After you are given entry to the exam hall, you need to sit on the allotted system. After that, you need to login with the password as mentioned on the IBPS PO admit card. Before beginning with the test, you should read the instructions catefully. You are also supposed to write the handwriting sample. All the questions comprises multiple choices. Out of the five answers, only one is the correct answer. You have to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which you feel is appropriate/correct. The alternative/ option that you have clicked on will be treated as your answer to that question. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by you. For every wrong answer marked by you, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.

Q:   What are the items banned inside the IBPS PO exam centre?
A: 

Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box,  Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, metallic item, eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is allowed), Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, bluetooth devices etc. After AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected while exiting. Any candidate who is found either copying or receiving or giving assistance will be disqualified. A: 

In the IBPS PO exam, biometric date (Right thumb impression) will be captured twice at the examination venue i.e. before the start of exam and after completion of exam. The guidelines related to biometric verification are given below:

  • If fingers are coated (stamped ink/mehndi/coloured.etc..), ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is completely removed before the exam day
  • If fingers are dirty or dusty, ensure to wash them and dry them before the finger print (biometric) is captured
  • Ensure fingers of both hands are dry. If fingers are moist, wipe each finger to dry them
  • If the primary finger (Right thumb) to be captured is injured/damaged, immediately notify the concerned authority in
    the test centre
Q:   How many candidates are selected for an interview in IBPS PO?
A: 

The ratio of candidates selected for interview are in the rato 80:20. Selection of candidates is done based on the Mains exam., The performance of candidates in the interview is taken into consideration for final merit list. The total marks allotted to interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks allotted to interview are 40 per cent. The qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD are 35 per cent. The interview assesses a candidate's intellectual capability, overall personality, and general knowledge.
