Yes, WBJEE counselling will be conducted as an online process. To participate in the allotment process, the candidates will have to register online for the WBJEE counselling process. Once registered, the candidates will have to fill out online their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. The authorities will also announce the WBJEE seat allotment results online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee.

Aliah University offers B.Tech in multiple domains. The seat intake for the BTech programme at Aliah University is 300, including all specializations. The admission to the programme is through the Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) and WBJEE exam scores. No, WBJEE is not compulsory for admissions to BTech courses at Aliah University. The university accepts the relevant scores of WBJEE/ JEE Mains/ AUAT for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses. Moreover, candidates with relevant scores in any of the entrance examinations can enroll in the BTech course. Hence, WBJEE is not compulsory, but it is one of the accepted entrance exams for admissions to the BTech course at Aliah University. 

The university offers a full-time BTech course for the duration of four years, and the university also offers lateral entry to BTech courses.
