Best private college in Mumbai to study English. Amazing faculty members and crowd.
Placements: It is a bit hard to get placement only based on undergraduate degree as to be an English professor is a long path to go. I mean, there are Ph.D. and master programs after the completion of UG. Many of our seniors got entry for PG in the most famous institutions for English. However, there are internships offered starting from the second year or with the help of the skills that you learn in content writing which is a mandatory subject. You can even monetize your writing by working as a freelancer.
Infrastructure: Before 2025, Amity University Mumbai only had a small library. But since this year they have opened a new library, relevant books, seating arrangements, and good security as without scanning your face you won't be able to enter. There is an online library where they will let you use the computers for study, and a vast number of books are offered to choose from. You don't even need to buy the books. Wi-Fi is available as well. Hostel is good. Food is also decent. Sports event is vastly enjoyed and famous. Amity also has its own clinic.
Faculty: Teachers are the most wholesome staff in the entire university. They are always available to help. There is also a forum where you can complain if needed. HOD is quite cooperative and really experienced in the field. For English the curriculum is perfect, from Puritan age to modern age and from Milton to Oscar Wilde everything will be taught to you. Also languages like French, German, and Spanish are taught which will be later helpful. If a student wants to work as a foreign language tutor later, the semesters are easy to pass as well.
Other: Students and faculty members are passionate and dedicated towards English. Trust me, when we started we had no idea what the true essence of English was. But as we spent time with the faculty we realised how much we enjoy studying. The best part is that if you want anything to be changed or improved you can directly talk to the authorities and they will most of the time be supportive. The department loves active students. There is also a language fest and magazine published every year. We also have our literature club, and scholarships are also available.

I am satisfied because of its faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: Till now, no one got placed in any company. But CRC was there for placements, and they were working well. Other departments had been placed in companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Suzlon, Deloitte, Infosys, ITC Limited, and Tata Consultancy.
Infrastructure: In this college, a laboratories facility was provided. All classes and laboratories were available. The campus was covered with Wi-Fi and a central library was also available. The hostel was also covered with Wi-Fi. Air-conditioner and non-air-conditioner rooms were there in the hostel. Two canteens were also available, which serve mess facilities also.
Faculty: All faculty members were Ph.D. holders. The teaching quality was excellent. They were very helpful and supportive. There was research work and a dissertation for the completion of the course. There was behavior science and communication skills as a subject. Students with bachelor's and master's also had to select one foreign language from three of them, like French, German, and Spanish. There was another minor track course for students, which they had to select one, out of the given subjects.
Other: I like to study literature and I love poems. This course offers many subjects, which helped me to explore the course. Scholarships facilities were available. There was an annual fest name Aminova of Amity University, Mumbai. Aminova was two day fests, consert, and DJ was part of Aminova. Fashion shows and acting competitions were also part of Aminova. Students from different colleges also come to be part of Aminova, which also makes a crowd. Besides Aminova, there were many events, which was organised by different departments.

It's the truth experienced by me, mostly the happy moment. Although it's less, but very useful.
Placements: The placement cell is good too. They provide multiple opportunities. The lowest package starts from 2.5 LPA, and the average package is around 4.5 LPA. Roles can be related to content writers, teachers, editorial writers, etc.
Infrastructure: The classes are neat and clean, and the environment is good.
Faculty: The syllabus is very informative, and will help you in future. The semester exams help us to become better. It's really good, and it helps the students to find jobs and doesn't allow ragging on the campus. It is good for the people who live nearby Mumbai, and I hope you will like it too. Teachers are pretty and understanding. They teach so well. They actually care about students. They also organize events related to your field. Faculty members are great, very understanding, and helpful.
Other: The events are fun and it can be very helpful in developing your character. It will teach you management skills. The events are pretty good, also love the nature around here.

Placements: Amity University Mumbai offers great placement opportunities to all its students. Students from previous batches got placed in well-reputed organisations with a great salary. The CRC department is very efficient, and the institution also helps students with their research papers.
Infrastructure: Amity University Mumbai has a huge campus with spacious classrooms. It has facilities of a hostel, mess and canteens, gym, stationery, sports grounds, courts, etc. The university also has various well-equipped laboratories for almost all the courses which they offer.
